I got out of bed and immediately felt off. The energy wasn't right. "Pete?" I called out. No reply.

Peter I swear to god.

"Peter?" I called out again, slightly louder.

Peter you aren't funny.

"Peter seriously." I said, getting up and looking down at his bed. He wasn't there.

"Peter?" I said, looking around. I opened up the shoebox under his bed and saw it empty. "Son of a bitch he left without me." I said.

Jesus Christ peter why couldn't you just stay put.

I grabbed my suit and put it on, putting in an earpiece. "P.A.I.G.E, locate the tracker on peter's suit." I said. "Tracker located." She replied as I crawled out the window, getting to an abandoned subway tunnel. "Peter?" I called out, looking around. "P.A.I.G.E, please scan the environment." I said, looking around. "There, on your right." She replied. "Peter!" I said, running over. He was knocked out with a cut slicing down his face. "P.A.I.G.E, show me vitals." I said, pulling off his mask. "All vital signs are normal. We should get him home though. "P.A.I.G.E, that new software I was working on, the homing device. Is it ready yet?" I asked, pulling a prototype out of my pocket. "I ran scans yesterday but didn't find any issues." She replied. I pressed the disc onto the Centre of peter's chest and pressed the button in the middle. A metal casing formed over him as he was sent home, flying through the air. I followed closely behind as the device stopped, lying him down in the fire escape and dissolving.

I picked up the disc and put it back in my pocket, carrying peter through the window. I turned on my small flashlight and grabbed my first aid kit from under my bed as Peter groggily came to. "Y/n?" He asked. "Shhh, calm down. You're alright now." I said, taping a cotton ball to his face. "Y/n." He said again. "Hey, calm down. You're alright." I said, holding his face. "No y/n, behind you-" he choked out. I stopped, hitting my bracelet as a metal gauntlet formed over my hand. I turned slowly to be greeted with a man in an electrical suit and goggles with metal tentacles coming from his back. "Doc." I said, not more than a whisper. "Winter." He smirked. I turned a dial on the gauntlet without breaking eye contact. One of the tentacles came flying at me as i put the gauntlet out in front of me. The tentacle crackled and fell to the ground. "What the-" he said as I jumped up, electrocuting the tentacles. "Oh I'll be back for you." He said as he threw himself out the window, retreating into darkness.

"We need to lock that window." I said, turning back to peter. "Hey, you're gonna be alright. If may asks you fell into the door." I said, helping him up and into my bed. "You need to rest. I'll go get you some water and a towel." I said, leaving the room. I returned moments later with a bottle of water and a few towels. "Peter, sit up for me." I said, setting the towel a bit and wiping blood off his face. "Here, drink some water." I said, handing him the bottle. "Y/n I can handle myself." He chuckled, drinking some of the water. "Clearly you cannot." I replied with a chuckle, hitting the spider on his chest as the suit loosened dramatically. I pulled it down to his waist, pulling his arm out as I cleaned it up. "Alright, let's get you into better clothes." I said, helping him up to get undressed and into Pyjama pants. "Alright, you'll be fine." I smiled, helping him back to bed. "I'm fine y/n." He said, lying down and passing out. "Yeah right you goof." I said with a chuckle, falling asleep too.
