Shifter

I woke up with a terrible headache. The room was dark and cold. No windows, only a lamp that is lit on. Where am I? I was about to stand up and get off the bed when chains restricted me to do so. What? Why am I chained? I heard footsteps from the outside of the room. It stopped infront of my room, a girl slightly taller than Natasha came in with her glasses. He was accompanied by two guys. The other one was taller, the other one's short. "So, you're awake now." The girl said before putting down the tea cup and kettle she was holding. I nod at her as I look at the two guys. "What am I doing here? Why am I all chained up?" I asked. The taller blonde guy walk towards me before crouching down. "You don't remember anything?" He asked. I shrug my shoulders. "How long was I out? Where are my friends? Amir and Yukan?" I asked again. The shorter guy then clicked his tongue before grabbing me by the collar, punching my face. I winced at the sudden action. What's wrong with him? "Don't act stupid. I know you can remember it." He said, still grabbing me by the collar. I winced as I touched the corner of my lips. "Lev, easy with the kid. We need informations from him. That's why we brought Hanes with us." Then the girl stepped in and pulled 'Lev' away from me and brought him outside the room, leaving me with the tall guy. "I'm Eric Smith. Fifteenth commander of the survey corps. I know you're confused of why you're all chained up." Eric said before pulling a chair, taking a seat infront of me. I sighed before nodding. "You were in a coma for 3 straight days. We brought you here after that titan invasion. Well, the titans are still roaming around the district." He explained before passing me a tea. I thanked him before taking a sip from it. "So, why am I here exactly?" He put his cup down before scooting closer to me. "You still don't know, huh? Well, let me explain it to you on a simple way. You beat the shit out of those titans." He said. I look at him with confusion. Me? Beating the titans? But I remembered I was.......eaten. "But a titan ate me. How did I even survived that?" He lets out a chuckle before patting my shoulder. "Because you turned into a titan. Not just an ordinary titan though, but a one of a kind." He said before standing up. "Well, I'll hand you to Hanes. Nice meeting you, Jiro." He said before going out of the room, leaving me alone. I started thinking what happened three days ago. I was eaten by a titan. Then when I was in it's stomach, I fainted. But I do remember punching several titans. So that means, I'm a titan shifter? But I thought they were gone? "Why are you deep in thoughts?" I was startled when Hanes appeared infront of me. She looks like a scientist. A mad one. But she looks nice. "I was just trying to remember what happened." She lets out a giggle while shaking her head. "Congratulations, the legend about titan shifters has been unearthed." She said while raising her fist. "But I would like to say sorry about Lev. You know? The guy that punched you earlier." She said while pouting. I gave her a chuckle before shaking my hands infront of her."It's okay. I was surprised as well. But it kinda hurts though." She immidiately looked at me with a grin. "It does? Explain the pain to me." I was about to talk when Lev entered the room and sat beside me. "Do you hate me?" He suddenly asked while Hanes' busy with the cut I have. I sighs before shaking my head. "I was just frustrated on how dumb you are. But I'm glad you now know the truth." He said while taking the cup from me. "Thank him, Jiro. He and Eric saved you from the penalty you're about to experience. They were about to burn you." Hanes said while smiling. I gulped before smiling awkwardly. "Hanes, you don't have to tell him. It's already done." Lev said before unlocking the chains on my hands and feet. "Come with Hanes after you're both done." He said before leaving us two. "Well, he's caring but brutal. Let's go!"
