Chapter 10: Kiyoko

YN NERVOUSLY fidgets in here seat. Ushijima had explained the situation to both Oikawa and Suga. The only thing she was afraid of was what the others thought about this.

"YN, why do you look so nervous? You just helped with the investigation about Yachi." Sugawara said, sitting beside her. YN looked around and saw Ushijima and Oikawa standing around, completely silent and deep in thought. "Im scared about what the others might think." YN admits.

"YN." Sugawara calls out. YN looks at him and was met by his beautiful grey doe eyes.

"We both know your innocent, so stop worrying about the things you didnt do. We've handled stress before, we just need to be strong. Be strong for me YN." Sugawara says, holding her hand inbetween his. "You'll be strong right?" He inquired.

YN sighed as a relieved smile came to her face. "Yeah i will. Thank you for that." She says, squeezing Sugawara's hands. "Okay, the meeting should be starting--" he was cut off when everyone else came into the room. "Now apparently." YN says giggling a little. Sugawara chuckles lightly and takes a seat at the middle table.

Kenma slips into the seat beside YN and holds her hand. "Are you okay?" Kenma whispers. "Yeah, how are you?" YN whispered back. "Im okay." Kenma says, squeezing her hand in reassurrance. Kuroo sits beside Tsuki who then walks away and sits beside Kageyama.

(So basically, Kuroo was gonna sit with Tsuki, but tsuki left as soon as Kuroo sat beside him)

Oikawa and Ushijima sat behind Sugawara. Kiyoko sat near Kageyama's seat. "Alright, you must be wondering why i called you all here." Suga began. Everyone payed attention as Suga explained that Ushijima had found evidence that Yachi didnt run away.

Kiyoko's eyes widened. "...so she could be dead?" She asked; her voice trembling.

Sighing, Sugawara nodded sadly.

Tears burst out of her eyes and she rushed out of the room.

"YN." Ushijima whispered as he snuck to her side. "Uh yeah?" She whispered back. Ushijima silently drops the bow on her lap and gestures to the hall. YN understood what he meant and quickly excused herself from Kenma.

"Where are you going? It's dangerous." Kenma says. "Its okay Kenma, im just gonna go comfort Kiyoko." Kenma squinted his eyes, but let go of YN's hand.

YN quietly knocked on Kiyoko's door. She heard a sniffle. "Who is it?" Kiyoko croaked out. "Uh. Its me" YN said hesitantly.

Kiyoko opened the door, her eyes were red a puffy and tears streamed down her face. YN squeezed her eyes shut as she expected the female infront of her would start screaming at her.

Kiyoko pulls YN into her room and hugs her. "S-sorry, can we talk?" Kiyoko says silently.

Smiling a little, YN nodded and they both sat down on her bed. Kiyoko looks away from YN. "Im sorry for being rude to you before." Kiyoko apologizes.

"Its okay, but can i ask why?" YN asks in a gentle voice. Kiyoko takes a deep breath and looks up to meet YN's eyes.

"I got carried away, i wanted to protect everyone, but now i just realized that i was being a big bitch." She chuckles, shyly looking away.

"Yachi mattered the most to me, so i couldn't handle the fact that shes gone. Im sorry i blamed you, i wasnt at the right mind" she looked down.

"Can we start over?" Kiyoko asked hesitantly. YN smiled widely and hugged kiyoko. "I got your back." YN says to her. Kiyoko's body trembled and she started to cry.

YN comforts her, rubbing her back and whispering sweet nothings. Eventually, Kiyoko passed out, and YN tucked her into bed. "YN..wait.. can you sleepover?" Kiyoko stirred her eyes open and called out.

YN nodded and slipped into her bed. "Thank you so much YN.." Kiyoko whispers. "Its okay, girls are supposed to have eachothers backs right?" YN said smiling. Kiyoko smiles back and says, "Yeah, i trust you."

I leaned on the wall, listening to the conversation between the two girls.

"Tch." I scoffed.

Your such a goody two shoes YN.

Why do you run to everyones aid?

I scowled and quietly crept away.

And why are you so dense? Can you not feel me watching you?
