When you start to catch feelings with someone do you feel like you're falling? I guess it just depends on the person. If you're scared to catch feelings it may feel like you're falling and that you won't stop. But, if you're not scared to you may feel like you're falling, but you're going to land on the clouds.
Certain people can make you feel like it's so right to fall. Like even if you've only known them for a few days, you know that soon enough your heart is going to fall. But, what do you do if you're not supposed to fall for that one special person?
You can try to block out your feelings for them, but you may find that to be difficult. But at the same time, it may just feel so right that you ignore all other thoughts inside your head and you do what you want to do. For once in your life, you do what you want to do. And this time, it feels right.

The next day I had to go back to my FBI work, and I have to say, none of it was exciting. Until, in the evening, Billings told me and Cam that we would be going on our own assignment today, not relating to the Cobras. As soon as he told us this I instantly jumped up and went in to get briefed.
Apparently the guy we're looking for is on the FBI's most-wanted list for murder. His name is Quinn Nemmens. Billings informed us of the danger that we may be in and that this guy may be armed. Billings tells Cam and me that we have to go to a bar to find this guy. That's where he's been lately during the evening.
I question his strategy, if you're on the FBI's most-wanted list, why would you stay put in the same place? Billings tells us that we'll have to stick around the bar for a little while in case he doesn't show up on time. He tells us to dress like ordinary people, not in these business clothes.
After the briefing, Cam and I each went home to go pick out outfits for tonight. Cam said he'd pick me up when it's time to go. I shuffle through my closet and pull out some clothes that don't make me look like an FBI agent.
As I'm getting dressed my phone rings. It's Jace. I answer the phone and stick it between my shoulder and ear.
"Hey, what's up?" I ask.
"I'm just checking the hotel email. We already have three candidates for the manager position."
"Really?" I grab the phone with my hand, "That's great! Are you at work right now? I thought you said you were going to take today to rest after working all yesterday."
"Don't fret, Cat. I'm working from home."
I frown, "Working from home is still working. It's Saturday, you should be going out and having fun."
"Fun isn't in my dictionary. Don't worry about me, Zoe. You go out and enjoy yourself. I just wanted to inform you of the update."
I put on my shirt, "Okay, well I'll see you Monday. Enjoy your weekend, and don't hesitate to call me with more updates."
I say that the last part of my sentence with a different meaning. I don't care about the updates, I just want to talk to Jace more. I've never had someone like this that I can just talk to about things. I do talk to my brother frequently, but he's always busy with his work.
"Have a good evening, Zoe," Jace says.
"Have a good evening, Mr. Dyer."
"Jace."
"What?"
Jace laughs, "You can call me Jace. I don't mind."
I smile to myself as I brush through my hair, "Okay. Good evening, Jace."
