We all make rash decisions sometimes. It's just in our nature. These rash decisions can be minor or major, they can affect your life in different ways.
We can make these decisions when our emotions take over for our heads. We can be feeling angry, sad, hurt, excited, happy. All these emotions have different consequences if you make a rash decision. Typically if you're happy or excited, the rash decision isn't that severe. But if you're angry, sad, or hurt, that's another story.
Sometimes you can't take these decisions back and you don't know what came over you. And at that moment, you end up hurt. Someone always ends up hurt when the decision is severe.

As I expected, Lily happily agreed to go out with me tonight. She told me to come to her apartment to get ready, so that's where I am now. Sitting on Lily's bed, looking inside her closet.
I probably shouldn't be going out tonight, but I feel like I need to because of what happened today with Jace. He hurt me today, and I would just like to forget about it completely with no repercussions. Is that even possible? To forget him tonight? I guess we'll find out.
"Okay, so what do you think of this?" Lily asks, holding up an outfit.
I shrug, "I'm not sure, I don't exactly have the best sense of style."
"Oh come on, that's not true. You're so pretty!"
I shift a little, "Just because I'm pretty, doesn't mean I know how to dress."
Lily frowns, "Fine, so what are you wearing tonight?"
I stand up off the bed and gestured to my outfit I'm wearing. A simple ensemble of leggings and a tank top. Lily looks at me in horror and shakes her head.
"No, you can't wear that to a club. Haven't you ever been to one before?"
I laugh, "Lily, the last and only time I went to a club was when I went with you and the people from work. I work most days until past midnight, I don't have time for clubbing."
Lily opens up her closet door more, "Choose something."
"What?"
"Pick out an outfit."
I stare at the closet, "Okay, I'm way taller than you, nothing would fit me."
"The clothes will just be shorter and maybe a little tighter. It would look sexy, come on, please?"
I sigh and walk over to her closet to look at her clothes. Lily dresses so reserved at work, I'm surprised at the bold and shorter clothes that she has in her closet.
I quickly look through for a while and finally find a short tight black dress, and luckily, it isn't too small for me when I try it on. I then pick out a pair of Lily's heels that fit me and head into the bathroom to put it all together.
When I finish changing, I look into the mirror. I look so different. I feel this sense of unfamiliarity like I felt when I dressed up as Zoe Collins the first time. Like I'm not looking at myself but someone completely different.
The dress compliments my hair and my skin tone. It fits almost perfectly, but it does show off more skin than I'm used to. I kind of like it.
I walk out of the bathroom and find Lily dressed up already. As she throws on one of her shoes, she notices me and looks me up and down.
Her eyes light up, "You look fantastic!"
I do a little twirl around the room and we both laugh. We then go on to do our hair. I curl mine, and Lily straightens hers. We put on makeup until I see a complete stranger in the mirror. A beautiful stranger.
