You and Bones were the Last people off the shuttle craft as your manners wouldnt allow anything less than that.

You stopped in awe.

"Bones...look."

You pointed up to the ceiling. It was entirely glass, allowing you to see the stars and anything else floating around in space. Your jaw dropped in amazement since the room's you were used to never had even windows, and even if they did there were only one or two like in your living quarters.

Bones chuckled as he looked at you. "Ya. I guess that's cool, but I guess I'm used to it. The roof of the bride looks like that too."

Really? You had never noticed it. Even though you'd only been on the bridge like on time, you still feel like you should've noticed it.

"There any way the Captain could have my roof changed to look like that?" You asked the country man.

He looked back up and pondered.

"Well...youd be seeing into the room above you instead of pretty stars, if you're okay with that."

You both laughed at his statement together as you began walking through the Tacoma to find your temporary lodging. Once you reaches the halls that connected you to all the rooms, you could see most of the people from your shuttle craft doing the same as you. Walking along the halls until you came upon your number engraved into a metal door.

But along with people from your shuttle craft, you also saw new faces. A group that really stuck out to you were a group of four Ferengi with their toothy grins heading to where you believe to be the games room for Poker.

You raised you eyebrows at them in curiosity from never seeing one in person, but tried not to stare. That was if no use though as one locked eyes with you and winked. You waved back to be nice, but you would be lying to yourself if you didnt feel a little freaked out.

You continued to walk, getting a little closer to Bones just in case. He noticed this change and raised looked at you.

"Dont let them bother you too much. They are a bit creepy in nature, but that are to small and chicken to do anything."

You looked back and smiled at his words. Feeling better about the whole possible accidental flirting situation with the creepy alien. Though you felt bad. You dont judge people based on their appearance, so you kept the mindset of 'they probably arent as bad as they seem'.

You finally reached your room that you were sharing with the doctor. It was fine since according to the message on the shuttle, the trip would only be a few hours long. Besides, you two probably wouldnt be staying in the room anyways.

"Alright let's put our things down an go explore!" You said cheerily with the stereotypical voice.

"Explore?" He question you.

You both placed your bags on the floor towards the front of the room. Afterwards you hopped on the bed? Bouncing as you sat.

"Yeah, of course. Didnt you see how many things were out there to do. It's almost like a mini resort!" He smirked, looking at your form on the bed.

"Not my thing, Y/N."

Your mouth opened slightly in shock.

"I know you're old, Bones, but you can walk around for a bit longer without your knees giving out."

"I'm 33..." he replied quietly, be he chuckled to let you know he wasnt hurt at the statement.

You stood and walked next to him as you placed a hand on his shoulder and leaned on his side.

"Bones, if you stay here you'll be bored."

He became slightly flustered at your actions as he began to move you off slowly to not let you noticed.

"Um...trust me I wont be bored. I'll sit and work on some things. Even though I'm on a temporary leave, I did leave rather suddenly, and I'm still the head of the medical department." He said, clearing her throat.

He walked away from you and sat on the chair provided to you with a desk.

You frowned slightly, walking back over. You kneeled on the ground, next to his chair and placed you chin on the desks edge.

"Okay, Bones. I wont force you to come with me." You smiled, lifting you head up a bit as your head was still in the desk.

He went to touch your shoulder, but pulled back as you stood up suddenly to leave the room. You waved goodbye and said that youd be back later.

He smiled and waved back, watching you exit.

Turning his attention to the desk he shook his head.

"Bones. You're an idiot."
