Spiraling

Chapter 12

Shikamaru's breath hitched with each breakage of skin he endured. It didn't hurt, it was blindingly pleasurable. He couldn't keep himself still with how much he wanted to writhe in Naruto's grasp. He moaned and groaned whenever Naruto's tongued licked up the excess blood. His hips bucked when Naruto sucked on a particular spot on his inner thigh. 

He didn't know what the fuck Naruto was carving in his skin but if it kept feeling this good he wouldn't care. "N-Naruto," He called out as he reached down to grip the blond's shoulder. The blond hummed as he stopped his work. "Please." The Nara begged.

Naruto smirked at the hard member that was in front of him, he chuckled and placed down one of the bloody knives he had. He ripped open the raven's boxers. After all if he pulled them off then it would mess with the design he was creating. He licked along the Nara's member in a teasing manner which made the other squirm at the lack of attention. Eventually the blond swallowed him up which caused the other to buck his hips furiously. 

The slurping from Naruto made Shikamaru burn with desire at how lewd he sounded. "N-Naruto hurry please, faster." He wailed as Naruto hollowed his cheeks to carry the other to the back of his throat. "F-Fuck," Shikamaru cursed as he came with a shudder. Naruto swallowed before pulling off with a pop. He licked his lips in satisfaction and smiled at the panting mess his lover had been reduced to.

"Look at that, and you were whimpering about me carving you." Naruto said in a snarky tone. Shikamaru peeked through his hands to look at Naruto who wore a smirk. 

"S-Shut up and continue." Shikamaru said in a hoarse voice. Naruto smiled and obliged him.

Shikamaru winced as he came down from the high the pill gave him, he was now sitting upright as Naruto drew on seals, he didn't know much about seals but he could recognize the Kanji for fire anywhere and that made him uneasy all over again. He nearly snapped his legs closed and was warned by Naruto who growled.

Naruto wrapped the design in bandages and placed the fire seals on top of the wrapping. He looked up at Shikamaru who went back to being scared and smiled at him. "Scream," Naruto said softly before surging his chakra forth which activated the seals. 

The surprise of the burning made Shikamaru howl, he clawed at anything that he could reach and that happened to be Naruto's back which he demolished with his growing nails. Naruto's eyes dazzled at the look of intense pain on Shikamaru's face, the burning in his back because of clawing nails and the warmth under his palms as he held down the seal which was permanently branding his lover. He leaned down and buried his face in the raven's neck and kissed the spot.

'Shikamaru, I hope you stay.' Naruto thought as he closed his eyes. 'Your screams sound so beautiful, I hope to carve into more one day.'

Shikamaru was sobbing loudly as the burning seared into his skin, the scent of burning flesh was pungent in the room and it seemed Naruto took pleasure in it. 'Your so screwed in the head not even you can see how twisted this is.' Shikamaru thought as he sunk his nails in the already scarred back. He could feel the heavy tears down his face but he couldn't do anything than cry, claw and scream. 'But I'm just as bad with allowing you to do this to me. I don't know what you carved but I'm sure it'll be amazing.' 

"N-Naruto!" Shikamaru screamed out and Naruto responded by silencing him with a deep kiss. Shikamaru had his eyes screwed shut but Naruto had his open watching the tears flow from his lover, it was wonderful to watch such raw emotions. He hummed when Shikamaru bit his tongue by accident. He didn't mind, anything to help ease his pain.

When it was finally over Shikamaru was on the brink of passing out, Naruto unwrapped his work and smiled seeing how perfect it came out. Shikamaru opened his thigh a bit more to see the design, he smiled at how accurate it was. It was a carving of a nine tailed fox cuddling a small adult deer. The unlikely pair were mates, and as the saying goes they can only mate once in their life time. "I love it," Was Shikamaru's slurred words before he went unconscious. 

"Thanks," Naruto said softly as he picked up the other and went to work cleaning up the place.

Shikamaru woke up cuddled to a strong chest and felt pleasantly warm. By the rays of sun that was hitting through the window he could tell it was afternoon. He slept that long. He was afraid of moving in the event of irritating the new carving he got. He looked up at Naruto's sleeping face and wondered how such an innocent face could do some dastardly things. 'Doesn't matter I'm in love with said person of dastardly deeds. Does he even love me or am I a toy he hasn't gotten bored of.' He didn't have much time to dwell on it as Naruto woke up to see him staring at him.

"Do you hate me now?" Naruto asked in a sleepy voice. Shikamaru looked surprised at the question and shook his head.

"Naruto I love you." He stated as he pulled his face much closer to the other's. Naruto quirked an eyebrow at the response. 

"You know, I feel sorry for the person Kami had set you up with." Naruto said as he brushed his lips against the raven's plush ones. "I wrecked the timeline by luring you in, I should pay for this sin among the many I already have." Naruto kissed him softly first with little pecks and kitten licks before fully attacking them and drawing blood.

Shikamaru responded just as badly and managed to pierce Naruto's lips. Said blond moaned in approval. As they sunk deeper into their attack Shikamaru couldn't help but feel grateful for Naruto in his life. 'If you don't love me, I'll make you.' He thought with new determination. Naruto's thoughts were running on a similar course but it was much darker.

'If you decide to hate me, leave me I'll make it impossible.' He sucked on the other's tongue drawing a whine. He gripped his thighs softly and hiked them up on his hip. 'I'll break your legs if you choose to run away, try and crawl with your hands I'll hack them off. Scream for help I'll sew your lips shut.' 

"You chose to be with me you'll accept the consequences." Naruto spoke after a pause in the furious kissing. 

"Gladly," Shikamaru agreed not even knowing the full extent of Naruto's thoughts. Naruto smirked darkly and caressed the new carving, it brought a pained hissed which he soaked in before going back in for another kiss.
