"Wolves or werewolves?" Malia asked us, not looking up from her book.
Lydia sighed, dropping a suitcase onto the bed, "They said wolves"
The girl huffed, "Not interested, you guys go"
"Liam was asking for help from the werecoyote, not us" I explained.
"Why me?" she groaned, "I thought you were the one who practically adopted him, Ari"
I shot her a glare, "Don't say that, it makes me sound old. And that's not the point, the point is that you're the former animal and nobody understands mysterious animal situations like you do"
She rolled on the bed so that she was facing me, "I'm done with mysterious animal situations. I want mysterious men, French ones"
"Your flight's delayed" Lydia noted, glancing at the laptop next to her.
"No, no, it's rerouted. There's a difference"
The banshee rolled her eyes and folded her arms, "Delayed is what happens when your flight is rerouted, so you have plenty of time to help," the laptop beeped again, "And there's a storm system shutting down Charles de Gaulle Airport"
Malia shrugged, "It's a minor shower!" Lydia scoffed and leaned on the bed, not breaking eye contact with her. The werecoyote huffed and slammed the computer shut, "Liam's got everything covered, there were just dead wolves. Doesn't sound supernatural to me"

I stared around my room, still trying to figure out which things to pack. I had a couple of days until I was supposed to go back to UC Davis as a Sophomore and it was still so new to me. Chris was out of town again, Stiles' dad had a late shift and so did Melissa, so there wasn't anyone to help me pack my things. Scott was supposed to be going to orientation and Lydia was preparing to start MIT as a Junior. It seemed so strange, thing's were going so quickly.
Of course, I had made a few friends in my first year, but I couldn't tell them anything about the supernatural. That's the down side of being a werewolf, you can't just go around yelling about it. I mean, unless you want to get killed by hunters.
My phone rang and I jumped onto my bed as I answered the call. Stiles' face popped up on my screen, grinning as he waved at me, "Hey, Wolfie!"
"Hey, Trouble! How's the FBI treating you?"
"Oh, you know, interrogations and investigations, the odd bit of torture," he chuckled, "No, no, it's good. It's cool. I'm heading up to Quantico soon, so that'll be awesome. I'll be accompanied by our good friend and cousin-"
Someone out of my view cleared their throat, "Not your cousin, please stop telling everyone that"
I smiled and called over to the boy, "Hey, Leo! How are you?"
A figure walked over behind Stiles, his black hair was still dripping wet and he had to rub the droplets of water out of his dark eyes. A towel was wrapped around his waist and his hands were on his hips. "Hey, Ari! I'm good, this idiot's still driving me insane"
"Whoa, that wasn't very nice. Hey, man, can you please go back in the bathroom? I'm finding your... appearance very inappropriate" Stiles huffed.
"I'm wearing a towel"
The boy nodded, "Exactly, put on some actual clothes. Come on, my girlfriend's here"
I rolled my eyes, "Bye, Leo"
"Bye, Ari"
"So, you called?"
He nodded, "Oh, uh, yeah I did. I was just missing you and I thought you might need some inspiration, you said that you were gonna pack today"
