Jungkook feels like his head is about to explode. It has been three days since that night and he never once went to check how you were doing now. Every time he wants to walk and just knock on your door, he feels like there's a big force from behind that's pulling him from moving forward.
Instead of moving forward, his legs slowly walk backwards with no notes left on the doorsteps as a sign he's trying to be there for you but hoseok's words.
He always thought you didn't care about his absence but in reality, you close your door shut, never let anyone see you from inside nor outside.
You just want him to be here and hug you in his arms, telling you this is finally over and just tell you all his comforting words again and again until you fell asleep with him but even after you wait and wait for him.
Asking not once, not twice, not even thrice about him but still the responds are still the same, "He has not come yet miss." Your maid politely said on the other side. You hug your arms together, pulling your legs closer to your chest as you try hard not to remember. You try hard to not think of anything.
Every time you wish to use your brain to think, his face. That horrible man's face will always be the one who appears. Never once jungkook's comfort could overcome your fear for jaesoo.
Your fingers trembles to find your phone, "Where is it?" You don't recognize your own voice anymore; it's been three days you sit alone in silence in your big room. Even with your weak legs you crawl to the side of your bed and see your phone.
Why you didn't just call for him? It's because you know he will come by his own will but you already gave him three days to run so today you need him to run into your room as your door of freedom.
Your trembling hands slowly slide the screen and tap his number but suddenly three knocks is heard, "Y/n?" Your heart skips a beat at the male's voice. "W-who are you?" Your eyes look everywhere, panicky you try to find something that could protect yourself.
Your breathing escalates faster when your door finally is unlocking from the outside, "He's coming." Your eyes tear up, already knowing he will have you once again. He will come for you until he had enough but you know he will not get rid of you in the time being.
The door opens and you couldn't hear or see anything, you know he's in your room now. "Ahh!!" You throw everything to his direction, "Go! Please just go away! I hate you!" You never felt so frightened, so scared and so weak for a human being like him.
Hoseok runs towards you and using all his strength to stop yourself from throwing more stuff. "Y/n! It's me! It's just me!" Hoseok's eyes saddens to your petrified face, your eyes that ones full with diamonds are full with crystals of painful tears. 'Why? Why must she be hurt?' Hoseok's heart breaks into pieces.
"Let me go!" You don't know the person on your bed with you is hoseok, "Jungkook! Please help me!" You screamed his name, just like you did that night. Hoseok's hands froze from the painful one side love he has for you.
"Hoseok." Hoseok stares away from your frightened face to an old maiden of yours, "Mrs. park, wishes for you to wait outside until jungkook arrive." Hoseok hold his need to scoff and yell all his feelings to you.
How could you search for jungkook again when he's the reason why jaesoo could touch you? Why can't he be the one who you love and just forget about jungkook? Why can't you look at him like he looks at you all day?
"Why can't it be me?" Hoseok whispers, for your own benefit. He finally lets you go and you quickly run away from him and disappears behind your bathroom's door. Sadly, hoseok walks out your room.
"Stay strong hoseok. I believe there will be a chance for you." The maiden tried to comfort the young teenager but he could only smile weakly towards her, "I hope your words will be a dream come true." Hoseok whispers the words before he leaves your house completely, knowing better to not disturb both of your moments together.
After a few minutes waiting, the maiden rushes downstairs to open the door for him. "Where is she?" Jungkook asks her but he didn't wait for her answer at all before running like a mad dog upstairs to where you're hiding.
Jungkook pushes your door open and search with his eyes for your small body but you're no where to be seen. "She's in her bathroom."
Of course, Jungkook remembers you telling him about your secret place. The only place where you feel safe and the only place where her ears could stop hearing her parents shouting with hatred to each other's face.
Jungkook calms himself first before his knuckles softly knocks your door. "Y/n." Jungkook softly calls out your name. Your head slowly rise from your knees, "Jeon..." You didn't finish his name at all.
Jungkook's arms are already wide open for you. As soon as you open the door, you throw yourself into him. Jungkook's body moves backwards from your strong hug but he quickly stands straight up again and wraps his arms securely around you.
Letting his face dive into your sweet soft hair, with eyes red from all worry he feels for you. "I'm sorry for being late. I'm sorry for not being here for you." Jungkook said to you and finally your heart could safely beat with love and not fear. Even it's been only two seconds of him being here, as soon as your nose picks up his smell. Every fear for everything just fades away.
Pulling him even closer to you, "Never leave me alone again. Please." As soon as you beg him to not leave, jungkook's legs gives up from the shame and guilt he feels. Pulling you down with him, both of you hug each other so tightly, didn't care if you could breathe or not, you just want him and only him to be here with you.
"I love you." Jungkook confessed.
"I love you too." You with a weak voice you confess your love to him too.
As a lover and not as a friend only.
