"Jaesoo..." You really hate to say the truth out loud but that is fact. The fact that jaesoo is actually jungkook's half-blood brother, doesn't make any sense.
Why now? Why did his father choose to tell you about his mistake on the day you choose to file a report on his secret son? Is it intentionally? Is he trying to stop you from saving yourself?
"They have been asking a lot of money recently but it wasn't something weird since my deal with his mother is only to give money." Your fingers nervously scratch your skin, you want to run away. You don't want to hear anymore from him ever again. You don't want to know anything about them anymore.
"Why are you telling me this? Does your passed wife knew about your selfish needs?" Jungkook's father's head shamefully looks down to his laps and shake his head slowly.
You scoff loudly for him to hear, your eyes start to water. Even when your eyes are showing pain but you kept your cool and not scream how stupid he was to let this happen.
"Y/n. You know I have built this reputation for so long and to get this high is really hard. You know it too." You didn't look back when he looks up to you, you kept your eyes stay on the wall behind him. Mr. jeon takes a big deep breath before bravely he forces himself to pitifully beg for your help.
"So, please. Don't bring jaesoo's case to the court..." You raise your eyebrow, facing him with a deep breath. You laugh to yourself and gives your head a light massage.
His words make you light headed until you want to puke all those horrible memories, the trauma you had from that night to make him understand your problem is bigger than his. Still not saying anything and he thought he could continue with his begging again.
"And the reason why I forbid this relationship between you and jungkook is because she orders me to keep both of you as friends only. She doesn't want her child's first love to be taken away from them." Mr. jeon jumps when you angrily hit his table, your lips are trembling with anger. The fury inside, the boiling lava staring to melt your insides.
You close your eyes and slowly count until three before calmly leaning your body to the table, "You're saying that your business is more important than your own son's happiness?" Jungkook's father was always a brave and very confident man but his confidence of a dog quickly run under the bed and his head slowly lowers from the hot glare from you.
"What kind of father are you?!" At this state, you don't even care if jungkook comes running inside and hear his secrets. All you want is this man to see how much a coward and how much a terrible father he is being towards his own son.
"I'm doing this for his own good too!" It was you turn to jump when he slams the desk hard. Your body quickly straightens, with the same strong eyes you look down to him slowly having a hard time breathing. His eyes blink a little bit too much than he normally does but when you see one tear fall, it makes you think about his true intentions all over again.
Is his intention telling you his dark secrets are good intentions or this is another mind trick coming from him again?
Maybe he doesn't like you, maybe it's because you are not good enough for his son, maybe that's why he doesn't want you to be with jungkook. Maybe that's why he is making up this whole story? Just because he is the one who doesn't like you.
"Do you really think I don't see you as my own daughter? If it wasn't because of her threats, I would love to see you in my son's arms but the problem is she doesn't want both of you to be together! If my past comes out with Jaesoo's case together, don't you think my career will fall?!" You flinch at his loud voice.
Hesitating slightly, you don't want to be hurt or to hurt anyone in this room but you kept your mind set on the only person that's important, "You still pick your career?" The moment your amused voice, sounded like you're mocking the older man.
You just triggered him to throw everything on his desk to the floor. You close your mouth from the shock, all the strong glass figures on his desk loudly shatters to the ground. Close to your leg, a sharp piece of glass scratches your feet but the pain was nothing compare to the elder's anger.
"Don't you understand, y/n? If my business fall... If my name ever falls! Then there'll be no future for jungkook anymore. He will not be as easy as he is right now! Do you understand that?! He will have the tittle of the raper's half-blood brother. Can't you think what future jungkook will live if I let the truth out?" He slowly calms down by the end of his voice. With his eyes bloody red shot from tears, and your still shock frozen body standing in silent together.
"But he will have his own future." You softly said but he didn't reply your word back. He just kept your words be cold in the icy room.
Sniffing his snots back up, trying to compose himself again. Trying to be in the calmest mind as soon as possible again, "Even though I don't seem like a good father but I still love my own son, y/n. If I was alone, I don't care if I go bankrupt, I don't care if I go to jail or been giving names by the publics but I stayed still like a dog for her is all because I want the best for jungkook. I don't want to see him suffer. Just let me be the one who suffers alone... not my boy. I can't see him suffer."
The aura around you quickly flush from being a volcano explosion into a big tsunami. Both are destructive in two different ways and both ways could lead into death. And you feel suffocate by the tension and the next favor he asks you to do.
"Please y/n. If you really love jungkook, just let this case down and don't make jungkook fall deeper for you."
Why did you listen to him? Why are you so stupid? Why didn't you talk with jungkook about this? Why are you so naive? Why didn't you put yourself first before jungkook? Why are you so selfish towards yourself? Why are you so blinded by his love?

I'm really sorry for the one week no update. I'm really feeling like.... I don't have much motivation so it's hard for me to do this chapter. Especially when this book has 9 chapters left to write. If I calculate it again, 8 chapters and 1 epilogue = 50 chapters. I'm so excited and sad since it's amazing how friendship just turns the table around!
When I think about it again, the story have nothing to do with my description. So can I change it? I'm sorry if I couldn't make the book that way since this book is totally not planned at all. The ideas are always random and comes at a very rare time.
