Part 45 : We Will Change.

"You look up the sky with a happy smile, you could never ever think of a day where you feel like there's no heavy brick on your chest.

You don't need to continuously feel guilty in front of jungkook cause this secret you've kept must be share with jungkook but because of his father's begs, it stopped you from walking forward.

"Your coffee, my lady." You laugh at jungkook being formal suddenly, he sits besides you on a bench and appreciate the small stars beautifully living in the dark sky.

You sigh heavily, earning a glance form him. "What's with the sigh?" Jungkook tilts his head, curious on what's running around your head.

You shake your head, "Nothing. I just feel light." Jungkook stares deeply to your smile. "You are one beautiful lady, y/n."

You give him a weird look, "Me? Why are you suddenly talking like this?" Well, yeah. He has been calling you beautiful all these years but the way the word 'beautiful' slides smoothly through his tongue just felt different.

Jungkook playfully raise both his shoulders and raise his cup of coffee towards you, "No comment." You scoff at his playful behaviors but still moved on from the topic.

You and jungkook let the cold wind of the night blows your bangs away, exposing both of your forehead and cooling your hot coffee at the same time.

"You said you wanted to talk more here." You turn your attention fully towards his leaning body, "What's your feelings after hearing the truth?" You crossed your legs on the bench and waits for him to answer.

You know he's angry with everything but to be honest, you've never knew the history behind jungkook's past history as much as you should be.

"Weird out, frustrated, angry, sad, my mind exploded and more. I can't choose one word to describe how I felt that time." You listen to jungkook speaking his mind.

Jungkook glances to your soft eyes and stays his eyes on your peaceful face, "But the more I know about the truth, the more I want to fight for you."

You're surprise he's including you too in there, you were taken back by his words. Fight for you? Is he really trying to be the prince charming you never believed to ever exist? How is he ever going to be your prince charming when he is afraid of his own father?

You didn't look back towards him, "You sure know how to say big words." Jungkook sips his coffee and looks forwards towards the beautiful night light all around the neighborhood. "I'll try even more than I did before. I'll fight him back this time."

With stern eyes jungkook locks his eyes with yours, "I'll make sure he understands that I am not a toy to play and I will make my own decision. Not my father, not anyone cause I will be the only one who'll make decisions for myself from now on, okay?" Even though jungkook's eyes are stern but his voice is soft like cotton candy.

You nod your head, understanding his statement and you know him. When he wants or desire to have something, he will make sure that he will have everything in his palm when the night comes again.

"I've been always curious though..." You tilt your head when his word are inaudible, "What are you saying? Speak louder." You stand up from your spot before walking backwards towards the roof's wall (parapet?). Stopping a few inches away from it with eyes focusing on jungkook's pouting mouth.

"I know when I can or cannot speak louder, this time..."

"Stop talking half way. Just tell me already." Jungkook looks annoyed with you rushing him to talk, "Can you wait for me until I say I'm done?" Jungkook stands up too and walks with one hand tug in his pocket while the other is holding his cup.

"I could if you talk faster and louder." You sarcastically speak your opinion and it only made jungkook copy (exaggeratedly) how you talk. "So childish." You diss him, but jungkook stays doing the same annoying face for you.

"Do you want to know what I'm going to say or not?" Jungkook raise his eyebrow after completely focusing his mind to a more mature side. You nod your head, more like teasing nod towards him. Biting your lower lips, holding yourself from smiling, "I'll pick 'Want to know', please."

"Good. Now, what I wanted to say was I've been always curious of who dated first?"

You snort your laugh, to be really honest you didn't expect he would want to know about your secret dating life but surprisingly you are wrong and jungkook seems to be very serious with these topics.

You stroke back your hair, thinking words to reply him, "Between who and who to be exact?" Jungkook rolls his eyes at you trying to be dumb. He walks closer to your side, "Between you and me." Jungkook said in a 'duh' tone.

"Well if you want to know, hoseok asks me first before the news of you dating haneul was heard. By only me, of course."

"Hoseok asks you out? I thought everyone in the groups know you are mine." You smile sadly at his arrogant words, "Well at that time, I was no one to you and she was everything to you." Jungkook notice your words are slowly fading out and it did crack his wounded heart.

Pain from the guilt, he just realized that he was a jerk towards you. He didn't even care if you knew or not, he didn't knew if you were hurt or not, he didn't even know you were even there or not cause he only likes the thought of being with someone as a pair.

Jungkook place his hand on your head and cares you slowly, with apologetic eyes, "I was a coward, wasn't I?" You let out a small breathless laugh, trying to calm the tension down, "Well that makes two of us then."

You give him a sincere smile and grip his hand on your head, giving him a small squeeze, "You and I were a coward for our own love and we didn't even try to fight for each other." Jungkook watches as you drop your gaze down to your intertwine fingers.

"That's why we are here together now to be the strength and the courage for each other when we fight for our own right."
