"Raise your drinks for us to be happier than this year! Let's get crazy for our new future!" Namjoon raises his cup with a big smile, all of us cheers after him with the same bright energy as his dimple smile face is.
"Cheers! "
Jungkook's hands never leave your shoulders and with a loud voice after the new loud banging music blast through the speakers. "Cheer for our new journey together too, beautiful." You look to his side profile before raising your gaze up to his sparkling eyes.
"Cheers." You click your cup with his red ones before a loud jimin and taehyung pop off two colorful confetti canons to the roof. Everyone's energy boosts ten times even more with the rush of alcohols in their blood and jimin with taehyung dance on top of the center's table.
"Go crazy!" Jimin smiles widely with his best friend in front of the filmed camera that's been recorded by a random student. Jungkook follows his friends deeper into the crowd, leading you from behind before all eight of you jumps to the beat of the music.
Your back hits someone's chest, you feel the person turns his or her head towards you but you kept on laughing with yoongi at seokjin's amazing move.
"Very rude but very attractive." Your heart stops beating at the sound of his voice. Very clearly heard in your ears even with seven speakers blasting in every corner of this mansion.
Jungkook notice your smile is gone and you look like you're trying to find someone from behind. Jungkook even with his blurry mind could sense something is wrong with you, holding both of your hands. Jungkook watches your head snaps quickly towards him with terrified eyes.
"What's wrong?" Jungkook had to scream for you to hear his voice and his voice is heard by someone else too. Hoseok glances onto your scared face and like jungkook, he could see there's something wrong with you.
"You okay?" Jungkook asks you again and with eyes still looking around you, you manage to shake your head. Maybe you were just being paranoid, since you always were paranoid right after hearing his name out loud.
You were being too paranoid until you could imagine his voice very loud and clear in your mind, "I'm just feeling a little bit dizzy under this disco light." You loudly reply to him. Jungkook nods his head understanding you since you have a weak stomach too.
Instead of letting things go easily, hoseok stares at you carefully until he sees it again. You're eyes are constantly looking everywhere with those same scared eyes. Is he here? That's what hoseok thinks as his eyes looks around for him too.
"Why did you stop dancing?" Yoongi asks with his drunken smile, showing his pink gummy teeth awhile his eyes are rolling around. "You're drunk." Hoseok calmly said, even with his voice low, yoongi amazingly heard everything. "I am and I don't regret it!" Yoongi yells straight to his ear before walking closer to seokjin's chaotic dance with taehyung.
Hoseok's eyes never left your concern and nervous body. He sees you say something to jungkook and his eyes widens when his and your eyes are connected. Quickly steadying himself again and slowly move his hip with the new song being played.
Hoseok's shoulders were tap softly and with a quick peek to the person, "What?" Jungkook leans closer for only hoseok to hear. "Y/n is dizzy and she needs some rest. I'm going to take her upstairs so tell the other's where we are if they ask." Hoseok looks uninterested with his words cause all his eyes are set on your beautiful face.
"I'll do that." Hoseok couldn't help but feel worry for you cause you're about to lay on a stranger's bed with a possibility jaesoo to be in the same place as you too. The warnings are obviously been slammed into his face so he makes sure to walk closed but not too closed with the two of you.
He knows jungkook learns taekwondo really well and could handle the man in one kick but to be more reassure for your safety, he stays behind the walls of your door while jungkook settles you comfortably on the bed.
"My head hurts like crazy." You whine out the pain. Why are you even here in this house when you could have a cup of coffee with your father while watching SpongeBob again and again.
Jungkook softly stroke your head, "I'm sorry for not checking your drink first." Jungkook felt bad for his stupidness, how could he let you drink that coke when obviously if you are in a party with seniors and some other more older people of course there would be some slick man spike your drink without him noticing.
"No no." You don't want jungkook to feel bad at all cause despite your head banging pain, you really had the most outstanding and the most live feeling day ever.
"I just need a light rest before we go out again." You don't want to fall into a deep slumber in a stranger's house but your eyelids are about to close with every second past plus your head is really tempting you to hit your own head to the wall. It really hurts.
"I just need you to be here with me." You take jungkook's hand into your cold ones. Jungkook smiles sweetly onto your closed eyes. You're being more and more hard for him to resists. Every year his heart starts to bring himself fall deeper into your charm.
Do you feel the same as he is? Could he really be falling for the same girl who kicked his balls on your first meeting? Could he really be falling for his own best friend? Will this feeling be one of the reasons if both of you stop being friends?
"Would you... would you reject me if I say I love you?"
"Reject you?" Your sleepy voice answers him. "Reject you for what?" It may sound like a stupid question but your head could not be function properly. You didn't know you were a light drinker not until this new year's night.
"Reject me for wanting to be the person who seek for your love?"
Hoseok didn't mean to eardrop your conversation but with the door slightly open, he could hear everything loud and clear. Hoseok scoff at jungkook's question.
"There will always be a spot for your love in her heart. Unlike me, I have to build another fake heart to have her love me."
