They say that family is everything. That was exactly Im Nayeon's motto when she married Yoo Jeongyeon. They decided to adopt Dahyun and Tzuyu as their own daughters when the time was right. Park Jihyo, their auntie and second acting mother, would step in whenever Nayeon and Jeongyeon argued or went out to work.

Together, they make one big dysfunctional family.

Momo, Sana, and Mina, the Japanese neighbors who moved in next door, added to the chaos. Tzuyu's relationship with Mina caught everyone off guard. Mix it up with the charming girl next door, Chaeyoung, who is also dating Dahyun.

Jihyo invited everyone to an early Thanksgiving dinner at the city's most exclusive restaurant the night before Thanksgiving.

When she said "everyone," she truly meant "everyone."

"I can't believe our only daughters are dating girls." Jeongyeon shook her head in dismay, followed by Nayeon pulling her hair out of proportion.

"Yeah? Well you're also married to one. So you better suck it up." Nayeon hissed as Jeongyeon laughed shyly.

"Alright. We're going out in public, so I want you guys to be on your best behavior." Jihyo reminded them.

Nayeon and Jeongyeon turned to their daughters, who were obediently standing right behind them.

"Right guys?" Nayeon smiled, as they nodded.

"Ahem! I wasn't talking about them. I was actually talking about the both of you." Jihyo cleared her throat.

"Why us? We're perfectly capable of going out in public." Nayeon grinned with confidence.

Jeongyeon didn't look so confident about it, as Nayeon gave her a slight nudge on the shoulder.

"Ouc—I mean, YES! Of course." Jeongyeon faked a smile.

Dahyun and Tzuyu tried to suppress their laughter.

"Whipped." Jihyo mumbled, shaking her head while walking towards the door.

"Another important reminder, you can't lay a finger on Dahyun and Tzuyu's girlfriends, got it Jeong?" Jihyo seriously spoke.

"I'll try my best." 

When it comes to her family, Jeongyeon is the protective parent. She is often annoyed by their so-called lovers.

Well, who can blame her? Mina is a well-known gamer and ballet dancer who clearly attracts a lot of attention from both girls and boys. She's also quite private, so it's no surprise that Tzuyu and her met at a coffee shop. While Chaeyoung quit her college degree to pursue her long-held interest in the arts. She is now creating and composing her own music. She even tried her hand at rapping.

In their neightborhood Sana and Momo are called "The Perfect Couple." Jeongyeon adores the pair and treats them as if they were her own kids. She would often make comparisons to her daughters' relationships, which annoyed Dahyun and Tzuyu. Of course, nothing in a relationship is ever flawless.
