Chapter 33

Saturday

John POV
Today is the day I check out the apartment my dad wants me to rent. I'm sitting on my couch on my phone. "What time you have to meet up with your dad?" Herc asks handing me a cup of coffee.

"At two." I reply, I didn't tell him about the apartment because I didn't want to worry him so I just told him I'm having lunch with my father. He checks his watch, It's 12:14 right now. The door opens and Alex walks in, he starts looking through the bottom cabinets. "Hi?" Herc says confused. "Hi." he replies still looking through them.

"Can we help you?" he asks and Alex shakes his head standing up. "Hey baby, you need something?" I ask, "Yeah, coffee." he says turning to face me. Herc hands him a mug and he pours himself some.

I hold out my hand and he walks to me and it's down. "Hey." he says kissing me. "What are you doing today?" I sigh, "I'm with my father today." I say. He nods his head.

"It's gonna be so boring." I say leaning on his shoulder. "You want me to come with?" he asks. I look up, "You'd do that?" I ask and he nods his head, "Sure. I can say I'm your roommate." he says and I laugh. "Thank you!" I say kissing him on the cheek.

"No problem." he says. "Okay wait, there are ground rules." I say sitting up. "He doesn't know I'm gay and I don't know if he is a supporter, so no lovey dovey stuff, no kissing and no mention of having a boyfriend." I say and he nods his head.

"What time?" he asks, "Two hours." I reply, he smirks, "Well... We could maybe..." he says running his fingers over my chest, I smile, "Alright." I say getting up. "Alright then, see you when you get back." Hercules says grabbing his keys and leaving quickly.

I pick Alexander up bridal style and walk to my room, placing him down on the bed pulling his shirt off and taking off his belt. He lies back and pulls me onto him as I start kissing his chest, he pulls my shirt over my head and throws it off the bed. I pull his pants off and start kissing his waist.

"Hey Alex, are You- WOAH!" Angie says opening the door and immediately turning around in shock. "Oh... Hey Angelica." Alex says nervously. "Yeah, uhm... I uh-" I get off Alex and he pulls his pants back on, "Is there uh, something you need?" he asks red in the face from embarrassment.

"Yeah, uh I was just wondering if you knew where Peggy's make up kit is." she said not turning around, "Y-Yeah, she left it in my room last night." Alex said. "Great! I'll uhm... Bye." she says walking out and shutting the door.

"So... Did that kill the mood or...?" I ask and Alex pushes me back down and starts kissing my neck, "Nope, mood is back." I say pulling his pants off again.

We showered together and then got dressed. We began walking down to the car, "Look who it is! Heard you just got out of hospital a few days ago." Burr yells standing by the entrance to the school building. He was with Jefferson and Madison.

"Also heard Thomas was the one to thank for you getting there." I pull Alex away but he doesn't move. "No. He's not to thank. He didn't save my life." he says, Jefferson starts walking up to us, "You sure about that?" he asks staring into his eyes. "I must thank you for helping me, twice, when I collapsed but I didn't go to the hospital for hours after that. If you hadn't helped me my friends would have come looking for me."

"Oh really?" Thomas asks, "Yeah, you wanna know why?" he asks, Jefferson gets closer to his face so that they're only a few inches away, "Why?" he asks, "Because everytime I'm late they find me pinned to a wall by you. Rapist." Alex finishes. He takes my hand and walks away from the stunned Jefferson.
