53 - You and Ethan at back.

"Don't you thank me girl. This treat is from your finest piece of eligible bachelor after all." With that Charlotte went to the backyard leaving me alone.

I went to join Charlotte in backyard. She was researching about some types of fabrics on her laptop so I didn't disturb her. I went to the corner tree we had in our backyard. I was just observing the branch and the little flower. I saw the spider coming down using its thin line of web. I narrowed my eyes speculating its way and I realized it was coming down where I was standing.

I am afraid of spiders but somehow I got the confidence to stand there and face that spider. I tried to make eye contact – well that was not possible that I can see in its eyes unless I am from Hogwarts – you know.

"Don't you dare to come down towards me, I am telling you." I warned that spider. Huh sometimes I do very stupid things that I know they are indeed stupid but I do those things nevertheless.

I stood there still however I was ready to run away any second it came in my 12 inches radius.

"I think the spider loves the few days' life than to come near you." That voice near my ear made me jump 2 feet in the air.

He just stood still as if my jumping in the air was what he expected from me already. I looked around the place to see Charlotte but she went inside the house already.

"They are setting up the table." Jack said.

"I can see that. And we are having just pizzas not four course meal to set the table." I rolled my eyes and went inside to save from what was left to my embarrassment.

What I saw on the table was pizzas, with their drinks and soda probably for me.

"We can eat this on couch watching movie you know?" I asked them.

"They never agree for same movie." – I don't know why but that Jerk had answers for my every question.

So I sat on chair folding my legs in Indian style and took blissful piece of pizza and started eating. It seemed good idea to eat rather than to be entertained by Ethan and Charlotte's quarrel.

After finishing with the dinner, we sat on the couches in backyard and having little conversation - that was near to null. I was watching everyone's faces and none of us seemed tired.

I was about to think some crazy ideas but his eyes met mine and he knew.

I couldn't do anything but to roll my eyes in boredom. And then he straightened up a bit and said – "Let's go somewhere."

He said it in a very ineffective tone as if 'I want a glass of water.' that I couldn't understand it in first minute that he was actually suggesting something entertaining.

I meant that he could show little excitement. But then again we are talking about JACK and he will say the most exciting or most terrific news of his life in straight voice.

I went to him and put a hand on his shoulder – "You have to learn one thing my friend Jack. And it is to say the things in its actual form or feeling. Like you should say with a boom in your voice 'Let's go somewhere!!!' and smile showing your teeth!"

I imitated the action I described him in words.

Ethan looked like he would break in his hysteric laugh anytime and Charlotte was already laughing. Jack was standing there with a hint of amusement but didn't say anything.

Jack tuned to leave but I stopped him.

"Hey I taught you a lesson; don't go without trying it once. Come on, do it as I said." I completely didn't know why I pulled that stunt. He can explode at anytime.

But to my – I mean everyone's surprise – "Okay."

"Hey guys, let's go on long drive!" – He said with excitement not to the level I imitated but he actually said it!

We stood there wide eyes and mouth gaping and he went inside the house. Soon we recovered from our shocked expressions and join him near his car.

"You and Ethan at back." Jack said to Charlotte leaving me no space but to sit beside him on passenger sit.

Meanwhile Charlotte and Ethan couldn't stop giving me their 'There's something going on.' Look.

Hey Wattapders!!!

Here's a chapter. Sorry for VERY LATE UPDATE. 

But the reasonable excuse can be the Ganesha Festival and my office. I'll try to write and update as soon as possible.
