A/N there's only one part left after this and my friends demanded the rest of the book so I'm just gonna do that :)

Cuori's POV
"You had me scared to death." I said from the doorway. Spot was now sitting up in his bed. His expression still looked pained and his hair was extremly messy.

"So much talk about death lately, huh?" He smirked. I wanted to slap him, but restrained myself. "I saved you, that's what matters."

I sat down next to him in the big armchair. "Spot?" I spoke up after a bit. He hummed a response. "What are we?"

He looked over at me. "What do you mean?"

"I mean, like, you kissed me! And... just what am I to you? I don't wanna be another girl that gets lead on and pushed away." I could see the gears turning in Spot's head.

"Cuori, I wouldn't take a bullet for those other girls. They wouldn't sit in a hospital with me for three days. To me, you're amazing. And I want you ta be mine."

"Yeah. Yeah that would be good. Great!" I smiled. He smiled back, a huge grin that made my heart soar. I was now undoubtedly, wholeheartedly, off-the-edge-and-over-the-moon-head-over-heels in love with him. (I asked editor to put in a big word there......she did.)

We spent the rest of the day laughing and talking in the hospital. A new school week started tomorrow. I was excited to get back and see everyone.

"Well well well! Look who decided to wake up." Jack called.

"Heya Kelly." Spot smirked.

"Hey Spot. Dumb thing ya did there. We couldn't get Cuori outta here for days!" He scolded Spot.

"Not dumb. I would rather be here, in this bed, now than seein' Cuori in it. I don't know what I would do with myself." He said.

Jack looked between the two of us. "Oh, so it finally happened? Been too long." Jack laughed, sitting on the arm of the chair I was in.

"Whadaya mean too long?" I gave Jack a look, daring him to say another word.

"Cuori's liked ya since freshman year." Oh he dared.

~Time skip new school week~
I walked into the building and headed to the group of boys.

"C!" Shiner tackled me, Albert and Race following close behind.

"How's Spot?" Davey asked, pulling his girlfriend off of me.

"He's fine!" I sighed, smiling.

"Did it happen?" Race and Albert pulled me aside.

"Did what happen?" I asked, trying to sound as oblivious as possible.

"Oh so he kissed you, but you're not together?" Albert sarcastically said. I gave him a look. 

"Ok so you are together." Race grinned, playfully punching my shoulder.

I nodded a response as the two held a little victory party. "So, Spot gets out Friday. Drive in Saturday?" I asked the group. They all nodded happily.

~Lots of time skips sorry~
"I swear to God. It's so stuffy in there!" Race complained, climbing out of the trunk of Albert's car.

Spot let out a chuckle from next to me. He had driven us to the drive-in in his car, only because it was new. And pretty badass if I say so myself.

Tonight was a little chilly, but not freezing. Spot let me borrow his jacket because I had forgotten mine again, given I was running late.

The sunset was absolutely beautiful and made the field of flowers next to the drive-in an array of oranges and pinks instead of their usual whites. It wasn't that crowded for a Saturday night in Manhattan. And I wouldn't have had it any other way.

"Do ya know what the movies are?" I asked Spot.

He shook his head. "Just along for the ride."

"We're all gonna head to Medda's after this, you down?" I inquired.

Spot nodded. "Of course I am! It's a whole evening with you."

I shoved him lightly. "Stop."

"Love ya C." I was taken aback by these words, the world spinning around me. I felt like I was gonna pass out.

"I love you too, Spot."
