EMMA'S POV

Another contraction came and this one felt like the mother load of all.

I squeezed my eyes shut in pain and held onto Tony's hand tighter. He stared at me with curious eyes that wandered everywhere in the room ever so often. " are you ok?" He whispered with sincerity. I glared at him." Does it look like I'm ok?" I yelled.

He was pushed back by the words and I sighed, taking a breath." Sorry. Mood swings again." He nodded in understanding." No problem."

Suddenly the table started to feel a little wet.

" tony....." I trailed off. His eyes almost popped out of their sockets as he jumped up to get Bruce. Minutes later he came back.

It took at least an hour before the real pain of giving birth came. I screamed, and almost broke Tony's hand as I squeezed it until I heard a squeal. And then another one. I peeked my eyes open cautiously and looked at the children who lay in front of me.

Tony was already on the other side of the room with his head in his hands.

Bruce smiled at me." One girl and one boy."

I grinned with relief and looked at the girl. She had blue eyes and brown hair. While the boy on the other hand had blonde hair and brown eyes.

" names...." I tapped my chin as I pondered for thoughts.

" tony." I called. Tony stopped and looked at me before coming to a stop by the bed." Yes?" He asked." Are you ok?"

He nodded." Yeah. I'm just trying to wrap my head around things." I smiled." Well first help me pick out names."

He took a breath." I'll name the boy." I grinned." Ok go ahead."

It took him a minute before replying." Tristan James Stark." I giggled." Alright. And Monica Ava Stark."

He took Tristan in his arms." It's a deal." He held out his hand for me to shake. I laughed and shook his hand." It seems like it is."

Bruce gave us the clear and he let us out of the lab, both of us carrying the babies happily in our arms.

Seeing as we didn't want too much attention now, we went straight to our floor. On our floor, there was already a baby room set up. Two cribs, diapers, toys, and all the stuff any baby needs.

We stepped out happily, the goofy smiles not leaving our lips.

" welcome home baby." I cooed, tickling Monica's cheek.

She moved in her sleep but didn't stir. I pulled tony towards the room and stopped in the doorway." Isn't it adorable?" I squealed. He nodded with a smile." It is."

The room was fairly big. Enough room for both of them to fit. On either sides of the room lay the cribs. The walls were red and gold and the floors were hardwood. The walls held stickers of animals and tony insisted on having a iron man poster put over Tristan's crib.

I lay Monica gently in her crib, laying a blanket over her before glancing over at tony. He was gently laying Tristan in as well, a small smile on his face.

It was adorable. I never expected tony to actually want kids, but I guess we all have changed.

He noticed me staring at him and he smirked." You like the view.?" I nodded." You bet I do."

We walked hand in hand out of the room and into the living room, throwing ourselves onto the couch.

" hey Tony." I muttered, tracing his arc reactor with my fingers. He hummed in reply.

" your a father." I felt his heart beat faster and his arms wrapped around me tighter.

" and you Emma, are a mother."

I am now a mother. This is my new life. No more drama. No more death. Just me. Tony. Monica. And Tristan. I don't want my kids to grow up with drama, but I can't contain the secrets of me and tony forever.

Someday they'll learn. But right now....lets just...live.
