Chapter 47

A/N last chapter for Emma.

EMMA'S POV

" Monica. Tristan. Get up, were going out." I called up the stairs.

I pulled on my coat while I waited and minutes later they came thumping down the stairs.

Tristan was wearing his black leather jacket and skinny jeans. His black converse and black shirt and tie made him look even more 'bad boy', as he calls it.

Monica had her hair to the side and was in a braid. She had on a oversized white sweater and skinny jeans. She was the calm one with her red Toms and sweet smile.

No matter how much of a 'bad boy' Tristan can act, he's always there for his sister. Since she's shy and anti social, she gets bullied a lot. And even tho Tristan is trying to impress his friends and girls he always gives that up to protect his sister.

It was sweet really. I wish my brother and I were like that. All we really did was fight.

I nodded in approval to both of them and gestured to the door." Come on. Your father and I have to tell and show you guys something." It was about time for them to know who we really were.

All four of us loaded into Tony's ferrari. From the back of the car, Tristan turned up the radio on blast, some punk/wrap song came blasting through the speakers.

Monica and I rolled our eyes and covered our ears. Tony smirked." Oh no. This is the music you need to listen to." He then told JARVIS to play a song.

"Shoot to thrill!" He grinned, turning it on blast. Him and Tristan bobbed their heads to the music and I groaned.

" tony! Turn it down!" I tried to yell. He just looked at me and smirked." I love you!" He yelled.

I rolled my eyes and finally we were at our stop.

We got out, my ears ringing, in front of the giant shield base.

" where are we?" Monica asked suddenly." SHIELD." I answered.

" I'm sorry where?" Tristan asked." You mean that secret base."

Tony and I whirled around." Monica! How'd you know that?"

She shrugged innocently." I hacked your computer. Besides it didn't tell me anything, 'Cept for the name."

I sighed." Okay well, lets go to your fathers office and then well explain." I ordered them to follow me as I walked into the building, ignoring the glances people gave me and my family and walked into the lab.

" Bruce!" I haven't seen him for five years at least. I ran into his arms and hugged him tightly. Him and Betty were happily married and didn't have any children sadly. Because well.....yeah know. If he gets too excited, we all know what would happen. Poor Bruce.

He smiled." Hey Emma. Hey tony, Monica, Tristan."

The kids nodded and him and tony did a 'manly' hug.

We sat down on the stools provided and I started to speak." Alright. We have something to say. You wanna know why we've kept you away from Internet and tv? Well, we wanted to protect you."

" from what?" Tristan snorted." Anyone who would want the kids of the great iron man."

Their eyebrows raised so high I thought they would come off their heads.

" your iron man?" Monica gasped." I knew it!"

I looked at tony." You did?" She nodded." I had a hunch. He seemed like the type."

I nodded." So you guys understand now?" They nodded but Tristan raised his hand with a smirk." Who are you?"

I sighed." I guess you could call an avenger. I didn't do much besides man the computers and go on the field a couple times but yeah call me an avenger."
They smiled." Our parents are super Monica grinned.

Tristan suddenly came up with a thought. " can we join shield?"

I shared a secret smile with tony and kissed his cheek." Your time will come."

Tony kissed me on the lips and I heard the kids groan.

" but right now. Your my family. And that's all I'll ever need."
