I was playing on my switch when Adorabat flew into the room, singing and holding a bag full of stuff.

Mao Mao walks into the room and sighs "Adorabat? Why are you gathering all our personal items into a larger sack?" "It's Takesgiving Day!" She beams before taking Badgerclops' controller "HEY!" He shout, Adorabat ignores him. I carefully hide my switch as I play.

"It's the Pure Heart Vally Holiday where everyone gives their newest and coolest stuff to the special men!" Adorabat says proudly before snatching my switch out my hands "ADORABAT! I DIDN'T SAVE!" I scream, but I was ignored too. I pout and shuffle over to Mao Mao, wrapping my arms around him like he's a teddy bear.

"The special men?" Mao Mao asks, clearly knowing something was up "Yep!" Adorabat giggles, flying past us. "I've never heard of this Takesgiving." Badgerclops states, walking up to us "Me neither." I say, raising an eyebrow. "It's a time honored tradition that been going on for years and years and years and years!" Adorabat tells us "How many?" I ask "Three!" She beams. I stop hugging Mao Mao and cross my arms "I smell a scam." I whisper, Mao Mao nods "I think we better see what this Takesgiving Day is all about." He whisper and Badgerclops nods before the two of them walk out the door. I look back to see Adorabat struggling with the bag "Just leave it here..." I sigh "No...way..." She groans, tugging on the bag with all her strength. I shake my head before scooping Adorabat up and carrying her out the room.

~ Time Skip~

"Oh no, they're singing..." I sigh "That's my favorite part!" Adorabat screams happily "Let's....let's just find Mao and Badgerclops, alright?"

I finally find them and stand next to Mao Mao "Say, how does this work again?" Mao Mao asks "Put your stuff inside our sack and watch your gladness grow." Reg sings "And what do you do with this stuff?" I ask, crossing my arms "You don't need to know!" Rufus sings, wrapping an arm around me. I frown at him and Mao Mao yanks me out of his grip "Uh huh." Mao Mao says with an "I'm not buying this sh-" expression.

I let out a heavy sigh as they continue singing "Mao?" I ask, glancing at him "I got this, babe." He says proudly before running off "Wait since when do you-annnnd you're gone." I say.

Thankfully the song was cut short by Mao Mao arresting Rufus. "I-I CAN'T SEE!" Reg screams as Badgerclops squeezing him so hard that his eyes pop out "Sweetie Pie bros, don't be fooled! These two charlo-char-chanatans?" Badgerclops asks "CHARLATANS!" I call from where I was standing "-Charlatans are trying to con you out of your precious belongings." All the Sweetie Pies gasps and I make my way to the stage with Adorabat.

"I'm not about to let these flim-flam artist steal from you!" Mao Mao says. "Hey! Mao Mao's ruining Takegiving Day!" Pinky screams, causing the Sweetie Pies to boo Mao Mao and throw stuff at him. "HE'S SERIOUSLY TRYING TO HELP YOU! THESE ARE BAD GUYS!" I yell before something actually hits Mao Mao in the face "WHO WANTS TO DIE TODAY?!" I scream, rolling up my sleeves. "Oh, she's a feisty one, isn't she?" Rufus asks, smirking a little. Mao Mao tugs on his arm harder "OW!"

"WHICH ONE OF YOU THREW THAT?!" I scream, but Adorabat lands on my shoulder to calm me down "I don't know Mao Mao...." Adorabat says "I like the Special Men, they're nice to me!" Rufus smiles nervously and pats her head "Yes....why....uh, hello there-uh-little blue." He says.

"Ah! W-where are you? I can't see!" Reg says, squirming in Badgerclops' arms. Adorabat flies to Badgerclops' shoulder so Reg could pat her head "Ah, there you are lil' blue." He says "See!" Adorabat beams, making Mao Mao growl.

I let out a sigh "Adorabat, sweetie, I'm glad you are becoming your own person with ideas and opinions, but these two are legit bad guys." I tell her "We didn't mean to do any harm!" Rufus says to the crowd "We just wanted to bring some joy to the townsfolk of Pure Heart Valley."
