A/N: Ok, so the episode based (Y/N) has a specific timeline that I'm gonna explain real quick:

10-17: You met Tanya and you two were (toxic) friends.

18-28: You lived in the unnamed village (it's a village for the plot) with Sonic after he asked you out

29-33: You and Sonic broke up (for reasons explained later) and you left the village

34-35: You met Mao Mao and you started dating him.

P.P.S: It's so hard writing about Mao Mao and Sonic 'cuz I love them both, but this IS a Mao Mao x reader so... *deep sigh*

~Flashback~

"You're making a mistake, (N/Y/H)." Tanya growls as I walk towards the door "The mistake was being your friend, now I'm fixing my mistake" I say, walking out the door. "YOU'LL BE BACK!"

~A few weeks later~

I walk alongside a pathway with a tired expression "Hey are you all right?" A voice ask. I let out a shriek and I almost fell, but someone caught me "Oops, sorry! You must be new around here." a boy says with a nervous smile, I look around "Where did you come from?" I ask. The boy lets out a laugh "Well I just got back from Meh Burger and I was running home, but then I saw you. I had to stop and make sure you were ok." He says, "I've been better." I sigh, letting out a yawn. The boy frowns before throwing me over his shoulder

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
"You look like you're about to fall out, I don't want that to happen! I'm Sonic by the way!"
"....I'm (Y/N)-AAAAAAAAH!"

I didn't get to finish because Sonic starts running extremely fast, I automatically cling on to him for dear life. Sonic laughs "Don't worry, I would never drop such a pretty face!"  He says proudly. I blush before hiding my face in his shoulder "I'm not taking any chances!" I huff.

~End of flashback~

"WATCH OUT!" Mao Mao screams, causing me snap out my thoughts. I dodge the monster's two tails 'What is wrong with you, (Y/N)?! Sure the monster has two tails like Tail, but you moved on!' I mentally scold myself before charging towards the monster "Badgerclops! Blast the face!" I hear Mao Mao shout 'And I'm in a happy relationship.' "Hey (Y/N), your phone is buzzing!" Adorabat calls. "I'll get it later!" I shout before Mao Mao runs beside me "We go straight for the head." He says, I nod and we run towards the monster.

~Time Skip~

I let out a tired sigh as I rest my head on Mao Mao's shoulder "Great job today, team!" Mao Mao says, sipping his juice. My phone buzzes again, I roll off the couch and crawl onto the floor. I pick up my phone:

Hey (Nickname)!

Unknown:

Did you miss me?

I stare at my phone in confusion "Who's texting you?" Adorabat asks, sitting on my shoulder "I don't know, the number isn't in my phone..." I grumble "Ask them who they are." Adorabat says:
