EJ didn't know what to expect when he saw Gina marching up to the table he's sat at before school.

"Where is Nini? She was supposed to do my math homework for me."

EJ raises an eyebrow. "Nini does your math homework?"

Gina rolls her eyes. "Technically she just helps me, but I don't get it so she just tells me what to write."

EJ scoffs. "Okay."

"So? Where is she?" Gina crosses her arms.

"Probably with Bowen somewhere. You know how whipped that kid is for her."

"Ugh, Richard? Totally below our level. Why does she even hang out with him?"

"That's what I'm saying!" EJ exasperates. "She has everything she needs without him dragging her social status down."

"Why don't you just tell her not to hang out with him anymore? Aren't you two, like, close?" Gina asks.

EJ ponders this for a moment before smirking. "You know what, you're right. I'm gonna talk to her. Thanks, Gigi."

Gina's face morphs into disgust as EJ gets up.

"We are not friends. You don't get to give me a nickname."

EJ chuckles, setting off to find Nini.
