A Thing Called Juice
We're all living in an era where everything has been made easy. You can remain on your sofa all day and still manage to get things done. E-schooling, e-shopping, e-everything. But then some people take it to the extreme by not putting in the amount of work required to achieve a goal.
Which is why we have juice in today's spotlight.
Now, I'm not talking about fruity goodness juice, but the other kind—the skill-improving kind. It's been prohibited by several sport associations, and it's illegal in many senses, so you might wonder why we're talking about it.
Let's get to the point.
He's tall, he's talented, he's taking steroids.
Axel Denvers. The same one on Ridgerock's basketball team. The school calls him a Cougar, but he's really just one of the juice takers. And since drug use is prohibited in sports, we all know what that means.
Not all that glitters is gold, and this is very clear when it comes to golden boy, Axel. Or should I say not all that's gold glitters?
Phew. Now that that's over, let's raise our glasses of real juice and toast to a bright future. Cheers everyone!
