E P I L O G U E

It's been a few days since Nik and I said "I do." We are currently have a chill day while on our honeymoon and just enjoying each other's presence for the last few days we have alone.

Nik walks into the bedroom after his shower and smiles at me lovingly. I smile at him when he climbs onto the bed and lays across my stomach as I hold the book up I was reading so he can get comfortable.

I run my fingers through his hair as we listen to the cars go by on the street outside of the penthouse. He snuggles his face into my stomach and just lays there. After a few minutes of silence he takes my book from my hands, marks my place then props himself over me with his arms supporting his weight.

He kisses my lips passionately. I lace my fingers in his hair and kiss him back with just as much passion. I flip us over to where I'm straddling his lap. He looks up at me with lust filled eyes. I smile down at him and kisses his lips and leave trails of kisses down to the crook of his neck.

He moans in satisfaction and his hands hungrily take my shirt off. I smile at him when he looks my body up and down before flipping us again.

"I want you love."

"I'm yours." I whisper as we kiss and it soon heats up and I think you know what happens next.

It's been a few days and we are back home in New Orleans with the twins. I've had these things happen to me lately that doesn't really add up. I'm currently home alone with Niko and Grace as Nik does something with Marcel I didn't bother asking about.

I'm cooking lunch for the twins when I suddenly hear a stray heartbeat coming from someone. I pause and look around for someone when my ears pick the heartbeat up coming from my stomach. I look at my stomach with widened eyes.

I turn the stove off and grab my phone instantly calling Nik. He answers on the first ring.

"What's wrong love?" He asks worriedly.

"I need you at home." I say biting my lip and pacing in front of the stove and island.

"I'll be there in five minutes love." He says before hanging up. I set my phone down and place a hand along my stomach in complete shock. Nik busts into the kitchen exactly five minutes after he hung up. "What's wrong?"

"Listen." I whisper he goes silent and all we can hear is my heartbeat, his, and the bean inside me. His eyes widen before tears for in his eyes. "I think I'm pregnant again."

He walks to me and places his hands on my cheeks before touching my stomach and the room goes deathly quiet again besides the heartbeats in the room. "That's insane." He whispers.

It's been a few months and I'm home at the compound cleaning up dinner while Nik washes the twins. I'm a few months pregnant and I got it confirmed by Carlisle that I was indeed pregnant again.

When all of a sudden I feel this sharp pain and blood starts oosing down my legs. "Nik!" I yell with tears forming in my eyes instantly knowing what happened.

Nik vamp speeds in the room and looks to me right as I see darkness.

I wake up to find a crying Nik and a pacing Elijah. "What happened?" Nik rushes to my side and kisses my cheek. "The baby is gone?" He nods his head as tears fall endlessly down both of our cheeks. I cling to him sobbing while Elijah just stands there.

"Rose we had to give you vampire blood." Elijah says. I look up at him with wide eyes. "You're fully a vampire."

"You would have died my love." Nik says looking at me with tearstained cheeks. "The twins didn't see you faint or anything if that's what your wondering."

"I'm fine." I say with a frown. Nik shakes his head when I start sobbing again. "Did you tell Carlisle and them?"

Elijah nods his head with a frown. "All the family knows." He says softly. I nod my head. "I'm gonna go check on the twins."

He walks out and I curl into Nik's side looking for any sign of comfort.

It's been ten years and the twins are going to a supernatural school hosted in the Salvatore Boarding house. I've been traveling the world while the twins are in school.

Our lives have calmed down but unfortunately we lost a bunch of members of our immediate family and extended family. Hayley and Stefan died within the span of ten years but Elena awoke from her magical coma.

Damon and her got married and eventually had a child of their own. Caroline is running the school for the supernatural with the help of Ric and Jeremy.

I'm helping Nik and Elijah rule over New Orleans when I'm home from my travels searching for people who need help. After I came home I got a job at the boarding school and settled down with Nik and the twins. It's been hard getting used to being a full blooded vampire and getting over the lost of our baby that passed.

I have loved my journey of love and so much death. I've been keeping in contact with the Cullens and Bella. Dad finally got married to Sue and Emily and Sam welcome three babies into their family.

Leah imprinted finally on a guy she goes to college with and he easily excepted all the craziness that comes with the supernatural world. We have had trouble in New Orleans with the witches, vampires, and werewolves but we eventually put everything back to normal.

Nik and I took Hope in completely once we made it safe for her to move into the compound after Hayley was tragically killed. It's been a wondrous ride and I'm so excited to get this next chapter of my life started.
