The teens were gathering up their things that they had left scattered all over Caleb's place the night before. They had finished up their breakfast the moment all six of them had woken up and now they were getting ready to leave. They wanted to spend the rest of their Sunday relaxing and preparing for another week of hard work.

Just as Millie was about to say goodbye to her friend, Caleb pulled her close, 'Would you mind staying behind for a minute?', he whispered into her ear.

She furrowed her brows, feeling a bit confused but nodded nevertheless. She stepped aside, putting her bag of sleepover essentials down onto the ground. The rest of the gang all said goodbye to one another and left, Finn sneaking one last look at Millie before closing the door behind him.

'So, what's up?', Millie asked as soon as the door closed.

'Are you mad at me?', Caleb looked at her sheepishly.

The brunette sighed before going back to sit on the sofa, 'I was never mad, per se. I just... It wasn't cool, Reginald'.

'I know, I know, I suck', he grabbed his head with both his hands and paced in front of her, 'I don't know what happened to me. I was just listening to you guys go around in circles and avoiding answering the damn questions and I blew up. Shouldn't have, it wasn't my business. But I hope you understand that I didn't want to cause any problems', he felt out of breath by the end of his rant, 'Did I? Cause any problems, I mean?'

Millie diverted her gaze to the ground, biting her lip to stop the smile that wanted to appear. She managed to shake her head lightly whilst trying to calm her nerves down. She had to get it together before Caleb figured anything out.

'You sure?', he asked, worry lacing his voice.

She took a deep, silent breath, almost making herself get into character, and lifted her head up, 'Yeah, everything is fine', she said firmly.

'Did you guys talk about it?', Caleb tried digging around some more, 'Have I inspired some kind of progress?'

'I- I don't know... um, I guess everything is as it was before', she stumbled over her explanation for a minute, finally landing on something between the lie and the truth.

Then before he even got the chance to ask a follow up question, as he wasn't very convinced in what she had said, she stood up hastily, 'Hey, I've got to go, um... you know, get ready for tomorrow. But I'm not mad at you, okay? Consider it forgotten', she finished quickly, grabbing her bag from the floor.

Caleb watched her perplexedly as she almost ran towards the door and opened it, walking out with a short wave. He was still staring at the door in shock, seconds after she had closed it. What the hell?, he thought to himself.

Whilst Caleb was wondering what on Earth was happening to his friend, Millie was on her way back to her place, silently cursing herself. If this was how she would answer questions about Finn in the future interviews, it didn't bode well for the two of them. How does she suck so much at acting? Shouldn't she be a pro by now?

She walked into her apartment, still mad at herself, and went straight into her room, almost slamming the door shut behind her. She dropped her bag onto the floor and plopped onto the bed, face down, letting out a scream of frustration that was muffled by her pillows.

As if she needed any more fears troubling her mind, her brain decided to add this one to the mix. Fear of being found out. And she wasn't thinking just about their friends finding out, she had no problems with that, it was only because of Finn that she didn't want to give anything away.

But, her thoughts went to the future press events and how everything would work, what they would do, how they would handle things? But most of all, what if they slipped up and the fans found out and all the craziness began? It's one thing for them to speculate about something and another thing entirely for them to know it.
