Chapter 9

[ Third Person POV ]

"Good job on your mission Team 7"
The four people that were apart of Team 7 were standing in front of the Hokage. After completing the mission of protecting the bridge builder and taking a break in a hot spring town.
"I'll give you our report later"
"I understand Kakashi"

[ Naruto POV ]

We all walked out of the Hokage's office passing the squad standing outside. I think it's that time of the year.
"Okay everyone"
We all looked towards Kakashi,
"Put your stuff down and meet me at the bridge near the training ground in an hour"
We all answered him with a relaxed and annoyed,
"Yes sir"

After I put my stuff I was carrying in the apartment, I took a bath and slept. When I was walking to the meeting place I saw Konekomaru and his friends following me under a box. I ran around and made a sudden stop right in front of the box. I sighed,
"I'm know you're under the box Konekomaru"
The boy lifted you and there where smoke bombs thrown at the floor. They all started coughing because they used to much smoke.
"You found us, I expect nothing less from you boss"
They all introduce themselves with poses and titles.
"That's great and all but I have a place I've got to be right now"
"Naruto"
I looked to my right to see Sakura walking down the road.
"Hey Sakura"
"Boss is that your"
He put his pinky up meaning girlfriend. I put my hand on the back of my head.
"Yeah"
I earned a punch to the head for lying.
"Sakura~"
"Boss I don't know why you'd want to date her. She's got a temper and a big forehead"
I looked at Sakura getting darker and darker. She rose her head and Konekomaru looked at her.
"Naruto"
"I didn't do anything Sakura"
We ran around that village trying to get away from Sakura. When I turned a corner I stoped because I saw some guy who had purple pain all over his face holding Konekomaru. Konekomaru was struggling and yelling at the man to put him down.
"Put him down, Konkuro"
"He dumped into me"
Saskue spoke up to get Konkuro to the let go of Konekomaru
"I'm sorry it's my fault, can you please put him down"
These people are the children of the current Kazekage. If he's Konkuro, than that's Tamari, and the one in the tree is Gara. In this situation the best thing to do is apologize but I could wait for Gaara to take action. I guess I can wait for Gaara to do something.

Maybe I should switch to the apology sulution. That might be the best idea. I began to bow but Kurama stoped me.
'Hold on a second Kit'
'Okay'
I closed my eyes to block out all of the noise and focus on one sound. I opened my eyes and saw a plain of white.
'Kurama where are we'
"This is a shared plain where Jinchuriki talk to Jinchuriki and tailed beasts talk to tailed beasts"
I turned around to see the full sized Kurama behind me.
"So why are we here"
Kurama pointed to the other side of the plain. I followed my eyes where Kurama was pointing and saw Gaara with the one tailed. Kurama yelled to the other side calling out to the one tails.
"Shukaku"
The tailed beast turned his head, picked up his Jinjuriki, and walked over to our side.
"Never thought I'd see that face again"
I heard Gaara mumbling something under his breath.
"It's only been a few hundred years"
I just stood there listening to their conversation. They were telling the other what they were doing over the time the Sage of Six Paths split them up when they were younger.
"So Kurama, did you come here just to talk or something else"
"I'll get to the point"
Gaara stoped mumbling, jumped out of Shukaku's grip and, walked closer to me.
"Oh ho, looks like someone gained a little soft spot"
Shukaku was nudging Kurama making him gain an annoyed face.
"I did not gain a soft spot"
"Hey"
I sighed and turned my attention to Gaara,
"Yes"
"Your just like me"
I was acting proud and did one of those proud poses.
"That's right. The only difference is that I got my tailed beast on a leash"
It was like Gaara turned into a whole different person. One moment he was cold as stone and the next he was looking up to me with respect.
"You do not have me on a leash, Kit"
I looked up at him and smirked,
"Are you sure about that"
Kurama was about to say something but Shukaku opened his mouth first.
"Now this is something else"
I laughed a little,
"We should get back now"
I turned around and started walking away.
"Wait"
I stoped and looked back at Gaara.
"What's you name"
I smiled,
"It's Naruto, Naruto Uzumaki"
"I'm Gaara"
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Gaara"
I opened my eyes again to see the same situation as before. I forgot to ask Gaara to tell his brother to let go of Konekomaru. A rock was thrown at Konkuro's hand by Sasuke that was in the same tree as Gaara.
"Get out of our village"
"You-"
"Konkuro"
"Sorry Gaara"
He dropped Konekomaru and gained a scared look on his face. Gaara dropped from the tree and told his siblings to go. We made eye contact, I smiled,
'We can talk at the exam'
A small smile formed on Garra's face and he started walking away.
"Wait"
The siblings stoped and turned around to face Saskue, that was now on the ground.
"What's your name"
"Gaara"
Then they continued walking to the Hokage's office.
