Chapter 23

[ Naruto/Akihiro POV ]

It hurts. I feel like my blood vessels are going burst any minute. It didn't hurt this much the first time, right. I have to do something now. I pulled Kurama's shirt to get his attention,
"Kurama"
"Yes Kit"
"I need you to seal your chakra in a scroll"
"You understand that we won't be able to help you"
"Just do it"
Kurama set me down on the floor and I heard him do as I asked. I called out to him,
"Kurama"
No answer.
"Shin"
There was a small wimpier next to me. Shin's back to being a harmless fox. I need an empty scroll. I made sure to keep both my face and hair covered as I moved around the room.

I reached someone's bag and opened it. There has to be something in here. I stopped when I heard the door sliding open.
"What are you doing"
It's Neji. I can't convince him to leave the room like Lee or Tenten.
"I'm looking for something"
He getting closer.
"In someone else's bag"
I held onto the blanket that was covering my face.
"You know that I'm at my wits end"
"Where did your brothers go"
I sat off the floor,
"You should know that by now"
"Your going to tell me everything"
"I need a scroll, brush, and ink"

Neji has gotten me what I was looking for. I opened the scroll and started writing a seal. Neji was looking at the scroll,
"I've never seen that one before"
I didn't reply and continued writing.

I finished the seal and put the the brush down. I placed my hand on the seal and ran chakra though it. The purple chakra got sealed into the scroll. I kept the blanket over my face as I walked to the scroll Kurama wrote. I picked up the scroll and released the chakra. I felt the tails and ears grow on my body.
"Your going to tell me everything now"
I ignored him,
"Shin come here"

[ Neji POV ]

Shin? That kid is still in this room. I watched as a small fox walked out from under a blanket. It walked to Akihiro if that was even this person's name. The fox got picked up.
"Byakugan"
I watched as the person gave it some of his chakra. Then placed it back on the floor. He turned to his left and put his hand down on as tatami mat. A person started forming. I don't even know if you can call that a person.
"You three are going to answer my questions"
They all turned to look at me. The blanket slid of Akihiro's face.
"Naruto"
"Nice to see you Neji"

[ Naruto POV ]

I was leaning on the wall,
"You have to keep my existence a secret Neji"
"It is my duty to report this to the Hokage"
I can't stop him from telling Tsunade. The only way I can keep him quiet is capture or death. Both options are to suspicious. We'll just have to go into hiding again.
"Where were you"
"I was kept in a secret Leaf faculty for six months then broke out to travel the world"
"Why didn't you inform the Hokage"
I sighed,
"I don't agree with the decisions of the village"
"Than why come back"
"I need to retrieve something"
"What was it"
I stood up,
"Look Neji, if any of this information gets out I will be forced to leave for the safety of the village"
"You just said you didn't like the decisions"
"I never said that I disliked the people"
Shin transformed into a human,
"Why can't we just leave and take refuge with one of your friends"
"Stay quiet Shin"
I'm to tired to make that decision right now. I'll just leave the decision to Kurama and Shin while I get some sleep. I let myself fall into peaceful darkness called sleep.

[ Kurama POV ]

He fell asleep. Kit fell asleep. DID HE JUST DUMP. THE DECISION ONTO US!?  Got to think calmly and make the right decision. All this time Kit has been trying to keep his location unknown to everyone because of the Akatsuki. That was the whole point of the disguises. If our cover gets blown the village will be put in harms way and that's what he's been trying to avoid.
"You should that the three of us are powerful enough  destroy the village at anytime"
Neji's eyes narrowed at Shin's statement.
"During our travels Master has been feeling lonely. He might admit it but that's the whole reason he came back. Master Naruto knew the risks and went back to the village anyway. If you tell the Hokage the village will be losing your strongest attacker as well as defense"
Never thought I'd hear Shin talk like that. I guess he'll do anything for his Master. I'll just Shin handle  this discussion. I transformed into a fox and laid near Kit.

[ Shin POV ]

I could see Kurama falling asleep next to Master. I guess I will be one handling this problem. I will prove my negotiation skills and get praise from Master. I focused my attention back to Neji. 
"Tell me fox-"
This bastard,
"My name is Shin"
"Shin, how old are you"
"It's been two years since I met Master"
"What does a child like you know"
He thinks he knows everything. This uptight bastard.
"I know that Master has been suffering all his life. The person who knows nothing is you"
Calm down. You have to show Master that you can get though this without violence. I will impress Master and show that I am not a child. 

I did it! The negotiations are almost over and I haven't blow my fuse once.
"I promise that we will tell the Hokage everything after everything is over"
"The three of us will keep our little secret"
"I want the word from everyone listing to this conversation"
I watched at Lee and Tenten walked into the room. I narrowed my eyes,
"I said everyone"
All of the people at the barbecue meet up was here. I looked at each of them,
"I want all of you to promise that you won't tell anyone about this conversation. If you break your promise your life is forfeit"
They all raised their hands,
"We promise"
I smiled to myself. I bet Master will be proud of my achievement. I'll tell him about everything when he wakes up.

[ Naruto POV ]

I woke up surrounded by more people than before.
"Master"
I saw Shin running to my side,
"Yes"
"Listen to this..."
He told me about how he handle himself though the conversation without losing his temper. I smiled and patted his head.
"You did a good Shin"
Shin gave me a bright smile in return. I looked around and saw Kurama next to me. I looked at every person in the room,
"It's nice to see you all again"
Kiba smiled,
"The Rookie Nine is back together"
I was about to respond when Shikamru cut in.
"Who are you"
I smiled,
"Uzumaki Naruto previous member of Team 7"
"I should rephrase the question, who were you"
This is going to trouble.
"Uzumaki Naruto member of Team 7"
Shikamaru sighed,
"Even after all these years your still lying to us"
How many damn truth bombs do I have to drop this week?
