Chapter 6

[ Naruto POV ]

Kurama is outside and letting me lay against him while I set out waves of chakra to tell me when anyone was coming.
"Why'd you have to wake up up early"
'Because you needed to be at the Hokage's office at six'
"It's 5:30 in the morning Kurama"
'It gives you more time to train'
"I could've slept longer"
'Just sleep right know'
I chuckled,
"You know Kurama you have some pretty interesting dreams"
'What do you mean by that kit'
"I mean that you talk in your sleep"
'I do no such thing'
I rolled my eyes,
"Oh really, 'Old man Mitsubi stole my ball'"
Kurama went silent. I laughed,
"What's wrong Kurama, embarrassed"
'Shut up, kit'
I could hear the embarrassment in his voice.
"Should I keep going"
'Stop kit'
"Shukaku get away from me your all dirty"
'Kit'
"I'll stop"
Maybe one more.
"You can't fly away with my food like that, Chomei"
Kurama started growling
'Kit'
"I'll stop now"
Someone enter my chakra radiation and were getting closer to me at an alarming rate.
"Kurama"
'What now kit'
"Go back to my mind"
'Why should I'
"Do you not scenes this"
'Fine'
Kurama went back to my mind scape and the person kept getting closer to me. I continued to send out waves of my chakra but shortened the intervals to one second. I pretend to be asleep as the person crept closer. This person has to be an elite ninja or a person who is just wandering around the area. I pretended to be asleep so whoever this was would drop their guard. I started hearing the footsteps of this person. It sounded like is was only a kid. The kid sat down on the tree next to me. I waited for a few minutes and I see if he was going to leave but he didn't. I slowly opened my eyes and yawned.
"That was the best time I've slept in a while"
I stood up and stretched.
"Time to see the old man"
I started walking to the Hokage's office to meat up with my new team. I felt that my weapon pouch was missing from my left leg.
"Huh"
I looked around and remembered that I left it at the place where Weasel taught me how to throw bounce kuni knifes off each other to hit your target.
"I know"
I walked to that place and found my weapons pouch on the ground. The person was still following me.
"Let's see"
I pull out everything that was in the pouch.
"I have my shiriken, kuni knifes, paper bombs, smoke bombs, food pills, scrolls, and..."
The scroll that I sealed my sword in was gone.
"Hey, teme do you know where my last scroll went"
I got a scroll thrown at me. I turned around and caught it. I gave Saskue a smile and put everything back on my pouch.
"I don't appreciate it when someone goes though my belongings"
"How did you know I was there"
"I have instincts of a monster"
I tied the pouch to the back of my waist where it belonged.
"How do you know this place"
I stood up,
"A friend of mine showed it to me"
I turned around and gave Sasuke a smile.
"Let's go to the meet up spot, teme"
I started walking to the Hokage's office again with Saskue next to me.
We were in front of the Hokage's office waiting for Kakashi to show up. Sakura was pacing around getting ready to yell at Kakashi for being late, I was leaning against a tree while Saskue sat on the steps.
"What was in that scroll"
"The one you took"
"Hn"
"A weapon just like most of the stuff in there"
"What kind of weapon"
"Why are you being so nosy teme"
"Hn"
I sensed Kakashi near by so I covered my ears so they wouldn't break when Sakura yelled at him. Kakashi appeared in front of us with a little smoke.
"Your late"
"I got lost on the road to life"
"Yeah right"
Kakashi was probably standing at the monument he showed us yesterday.
We were in the forest looking for this lady's lost cat named Tora. I heard that this wasn't the first time the cat ran away like this.
"Sakura point A"
"Saskue point B"
A waited for a few seconds
"Naruto point C, believe it"
"Little late Naruto"
We were talking over radios. If Sakura yelled though this thing my ear drum will be nonexistent.
"Target Tora disappeared. Relocate target"
That was Kakashi speaking. I cat walked up to me and laid down on my lap. It purred as I started petting it.
"You poor thing"
I kept petting the cat as the others kept looking for Tora. I noticed that this cat had a bow on it's ear like the picture.
"I'll keep petting you for a little while then your going back to your owner"
I kept petting the cat for an hour and decided that it was a good time to tell the others.
"Have you located that cat Tora"
"Negative"
I placed Tora down near Sakura and backed away.
"I have found the target"
"Roger"
"Capturing the target"
I watched how Sakura picked up Tora and how Tora started scratching her.
"Target capture"
I replied is Sakura's place because she was to busy with the cat. Kakashi was the first one to Sakura then Sasuke and finally me.
As soon as Tora saw me she jumped in my arms and started licking my face. I started laughing,
"Stop it, Tora that feels weird"
We walked into the Hokage's office with Tora and her owner squeezed her tightly causing Tora to cry.
"The next mission if babysitting the Chief's son, walking dogs, pulling weeds..."
"No gramps I'm a ninja so I want a ninja mission"
"Naruto respect the Hokage"
"It's alright Iruka"
