Chapter 10

[ Naruto POV ]

When I woke up the apartment was clean. The vandalized was gone and there was new furniture. I have a bed, a dining table, chairs, and clothes.
"Kurama"
"Yeah Kit"
I saw a tall man walk into the room. He hand long red hair, crimson eyes, ears, and a tail. He was wearing a red yukata.
"Who the hell are you"
"You can't recognize me after everything we went though"
I rubbed my eyes and yawned.
'Shit, it looks like I have another weirdo in my house'
"I've told you not to curse Kit"
That's Kurama alright. I put my hands in my pockets for my Chunini Exam application.
"Do you know where my application is"
"Why don't you eat breakfast first than worry about your application"
I got up and walked towards Kurama. I looked at the dining table and saw a whole breakfast on the table.
"I'm not dreaming am I. That's a full breakfast set right there"
"That's a full breakfast set"
I felt a tear roll down my face. It's a full breakfast set. Everything I ever wanted for breakfast was on the table.
"You don't have to cry Kit"
"How did you get all of this"
"Don't worry about it"
I sat down at the table and stared at the food in front of me. I clapped my hands together.
"Thank you for the food"
I took a bite and it tasted heavenly. I kept eating until the plate had nothing on it.
"So you would you like to tell me why you shut off my chakra last night"
"So you wouldn't wake up"
"I know for a fact that a lazy fox like you wouldn't clean, buy all this furniture, buy clothes, and cook"
"He's leaving the village now"
"Thanks Kurama"
I got ready as quickly was possible and went running outside.

I was outside the village looking for the person who cleaned my apartment. I spotted two tall figures. One had a shark face and had a wrapped out sword on his back. The other was wearing a straw hat with bells hanging from it. Both of them were wearing cloaks that were black with red clouds outlined by white. That's him, he's right there. I ran after them and grabbed the cloak of the one wearing a straw hat. He turned around and looked at me.
"What do you want"
I smiled at him,
"Found you"
He looked down at me saying nothing. I felt my smile disappear from my face. The shark looking guy swung his sword at me and I dodged by moving around Itachi.
"Do you know this brat Itachi"
"No I don't"
I stood there and stared at him. He didn't give me a reaction so I let go and bowed,
"I'm sorry"
I started running back to the village.

"Your getting emotional Naruto"
I turned around and saw Itachi with the gentle smile I know so well. I ran and hugged him,
"Itachi"
"You've gotten older but your still crying like a child"
I looked up at him with a big smile as he wiped the tears I didn't know I shed from my face.
"Hehe"
"How'd it happen Kurama"
I kept my eyes on Itachi as I heard Kurama walk out of the bushes.
"I didn't want to play 102 questions"
"Still lazy as ever"
He looked down at me and I gave him a bigger smile,
"Thank you"
He bent down to rubbed my head and gave me a gentle closed eye smile,
"You're welcome, Naru"
"Itachi"
He opened his eyes,
"Yes"
I touched his face,
"Are your eyes okay"

[ Itachi POV ]

He's worried about my eyes. I always wondered how the villagers could beat up a cute kid like this.
"They're okay"
He shook his head and looked at my eyes closely.
"You've been bleeding a lot meaning you've been using your Mangekyo Sharingan to much"
"How did you know about that"
"I made Gramps get some books for me"
He put his hands over my eyes.
"Naruto what are you doing"
I felt a warming sensation on my eyes.
"Kit has been working on his medical jutsu ever since he learned about your eyes"
He's been practicing ever since he found out. I felt a smile form on my face.
"Itachi we should get going"
Kisame is here, this is bad.
I tried to move but Naruto stoped my by kicking my legs.
"Don't move"
"Naruto"
Kisame saw me and Naruto, who was still messing with my eyes. He looked at me up and down annoyed.
"Hurry and get that fox off you so we can head back"
"Okay"
Did Naruto put a genjutsu on Kisame? He wasn't able to cast two jutsu at once when he was younger. I haven't seen him in years. Somethings really had changed. He took his hands off of my face.
"That should of worked"
I opened my eyes and I could see things clearer. I looked around and saw Kurama's human form clearly. I looked at how much Naruto has grown.
"Did it work"
I hugged him one last time and got up.
"Looks like you haven't gotten much taller"
"Shut up"
I smiled at him,
"Thank you"
"You're welcome"
I patted his head one more time,
"I have to go now"
"Will I see you again"
"Yeah"
He backed away and smiled,
"Bye Itachi"
He turned around and started running back to the village. I turned around and started walking to. He grew up so much.
"Saskue is surrounded by girls. He doesn't talk much but he's a nice guy. He's still bent on revenge. I'm on his squad so I'll make sure he stays safe. I promise"
I smiled and pulled my straw hat over my eyes. He's grown up so much and has learned to smile.
"Try not to die before Kit gets to see you again"
"I'll try not to"
