Chapter 5

[ Naruto POV ]

I was walking to Training Ground 7. I was first to the meeting and started training. My first exercise was running 200 laps around the training grounds. The second exercise was sending out waves of chakra in intervals of 10 seconds. This was helpful because I could sense everything that my chakra touched. I planned to do another training exercise but I didn't because I sensed two people getting closer to the training ground and one person was already in the trees. I was sure that the two people were Sasuke and Sakura because I could hear Sakura screaming Sasuke's name. The person in the trees, Kakashi, was moving towards me. Immediately I stoped the chakra transmission and hid my chakra instead. I was hidding in the trees when Kakashi arrived to the spot that I moved from. I watched as he was looking around confused. I made a little noise and jumped into the next tree. He followed the sound,
"Having fun dog"

[ Kakashi POV ]

"Having fun dog"
How does this kid know my name from when I would kid in the ANBU. I kept hearing noises all around me. I went to every place there were sounds but the kid wasn't there. I started to hear laughing,
"Don't you love playing hide an' seek Dog"
I tied to follow the voice but the voice was coming from every direction.
"I've always loved playing with you"
I stoped searching the trees and stood in the middle of all the trees.
"Captain is that you"
"You know, when you said that you wouldn't play with me the other day, I was really sad"
"Is that right"
"Yeah"
"How about we play a game together during the test that's about to start"
The captain showed his face with his ANBU mask on. He appeared from behind one of the surround tree.
"Your really play with my Kakashi"
I nodded my head
"Of course captain"
He took his mask off to reveal the boy I meet yesterday. He had a big smile on his face and his eyes were shining with excitement.
"Thank you, Kakashi"
I returned his smile with a smile of my own.
"Any time captain"
"My names Naruto Uzumaki"
As soon as he said that he disappeared.

[ Naruto POV ]

'I'm so happy Kurama'
"I bet you are kit"
'Yeah'
"Make sure you don't forget your mission"
'I won't let anyone else see, don't worry'
"I'm counting on you kit"
Kakashi appeared and Sakura started yelling.
"Your late"
My ear drum broke again.
"Sakura I need you to keep your voice down"
Sakura was looking annoyed
"Why should I"
"Respect your teammates"
"What does that have to do with anything"
Sakura was getting louder and louder and it was annoying. I yelled at her,
"Shut up"
I caused my own ear drum to break. I let the blood drip from my ears as Sakura and Kakashi stared at me.
"Damn I can't hear anymore"
I calmed myself down before I started talking again.
"Please stop talking for a few seconds"
Kurama started healing my ear drums.
"I need you to not yell when your around me"
I could see Sakura getting irritated
"Like I care"
It was amazing, Sakura manage to break both of my ear drums with three words. I whispered a few words under my breath,
"At this rate I won't be able to hear"
I walked away and I heard Kakashi said something.
"Congratulations you failed before the test started"
I heard Sasuke getting mad while I was walking away. I guess I won't be playing with Kakashi today.

[ Kakashi POV ]

"Congratulations, you failed before the test started"
"What do you mean"
"All of you are dropping out of the ninja course"
"You must be joking"
I felt some murderous intent from Saskue.
"I'm being serious. I mean how can you take a three person test when there's only two people here"
"How can you do this type of thing"
"Your own teammate walked away"
"So what, no one cares about Naruto-baka. He doesn't even have parents so how could he know anything"
Looks like Sakura picked a bad example to use.
"Right Saskue"
Sasuke stayed silent I touched the back of my head and gave them a closed eye smile. I waved to say goodbye and poofed away. Let's see what they're going to do.
