Trip
Today I couldn't be more excited, she is coming home with me. Wow, I like the sound of that! I've haven't been able to stop smiling since she agreed to live here. After hearing what her mom said to her I am more convinced than ever I really have a chance with Kenzie.

I mean, come on, if I have her mother on my side I'm sure to win her heart eventually...right? I shake my head at myself and continue cleaning up the house. I know it's never really dirty but with her coming today I wanted to get the spare room ready for her.

I make sure we'll would have food and everything for the next couple weeks because I don't plan on leaving her side until I know she's better enough on her own long enough for me to go to work. Hopefully she falls for me before she's better so she doesn't try to move out and leave once she's back on her feet.

I made sure to have the gym ready in the basement too, I haven't been down there in a few weeks, I really don't need it or anything. I've never had any complaints from any women, only ever long stares and jaws dropped.

I plan on making her eat right and exercise, I figured she may feel more comfortable here rather than a public gym. I remember her drinking tea when I was at her house so I bought different kinds so I know I got the right one.

I stocked up on healthy foods and stuff to fatten her up at little because the doctor said she had lost more weight than she should've in the last two weeks. I plan to help her get therapy, even if I have to pay someone to come here to sit and talk to her.

It's weird, you know, when your life is good then the next thing you realize everything you've ever known isn't the same anymore. My life was just fine before I saw her that day at the cafe, yeah of course I was a little lonely sometimes but I was content with life.

I didn't think something or someone like her even existed. Now that I've had a taste of that happiness I don't want to give it up. I finish what special touches I need to the house and head out the door.

Donna called me a moment ago saying they'll release her from the hospital as soon as I get there to pick her up. I guess the doctor needs to run a few things by me since I'm taking her home with me.

Without breaking the law and speeding too fast I quickly drive to the hospital. When I get there I notice an elderly couple getting out of their car. I smile brightly as I watch the scene in front of me.

The old man had walked around and opened her door holding out his hand for her to grab. When she finally gets up he kisses her lightly on the forehead causing her to look up at him and smile.

I get this weird feeling in my stomach all of a sudden thinking about how I want that to be me and Kenzie decades down the road. I ignore the feeling in my stomach I'm starting to get used to and keep walking in.

I make my way to her room once I step out of the elevator. 309, 310,..here it is 311. I open the door and greet the ladies sitting in front of me.

"Hello, ladies, good morning!" I say with a beaming smile causing them both to look up.

"Ugh, finally! I thought you would never get here!" Kenzie says with an eye roll and jumps off the bed.

"Now, honey, is that anyway to treat the man that will be taking care of you?" Donna tells her, making her drop her head with guilt.

"Oh, no, it's fine. I'm sorry I took so long. I just wanted to make sure everything was perfect for you when you get to my house. I even got the guest bedroom ready. Ashton and Veronica brought some of your clothes from your house to mine so you won't have to worry about any of that." I say hoping it gets her in a better mood.
