** Kenzie "Lily Anne Alexander! If you don't give that back to your brother you will be in trouble young lady!" I tell our nine year old daughter who's picking on her five year old little brother, Breckyn.
"But mooom, he keeps throwing it at me so I'm not giving it back!" She looks at me with a sour face holding his toy away from him while he screams for it in the backseat of the truck.
"You better listen to your mother, Lily!" Trip says in his 'dad' voice.
"Yes daddy, sorry." She puts her head down then gives Breckyn his toy truck back.
"Hey!" She screams when Breckyn pulls her hair.
"Breckyn Thomas Alexander! You'll be next if you don't stop!" There's that 'dad' voice again. NOTE TO SELF: Make him talk to me in that dad voice later tonight. ;)
We had our son four years after Lily, the struggle is real with this little blonde hair, blue eyed beauty. Of course, Breckyn looks like his sister but has the light blonde hair but hazel blue eyes like his handsome daddy.
I guess you could say Lily looks just like me, Breckyn looks just like his daddy but they both look alike. So somehow it all works out and we have two beautiful children, our cute little happy family.
We're on our way to Trip's parents house for Christmas. We just left from visiting Violet, Jason and their son Riot Blaze. I know, I know they used the same name as the 'fake kid' Violet used but we all talked and agreed it was the cutest name for their little ray of sunshine.
They got married five years ago, I'm so glad Violet found someone who could make her truly happy. She was pregnant with Riot when I was pregnant with Lily so having them only two days apart was an adventure. Lily and Riot have spent the last nine years by each other's side. We see bestie's or possibly more in their future.
Stacey and Mario have been together since my New Year's Eve birthday party years ago. He popped the question on Easter Sunday two years after they started dating and their second child, Emma is due in three months.
