Chapter 30: It's a surprise!

Lisa was so shocked she stayed for 10 min on the bed before she also took bath and changed clothes. When she comes down, she saw Zayn and Nicole walking in with Alex.

They had just arrived and sat down when they saw Lisa walking down. Nicole and Zayn heard the footsteps and looked up at Lisa. As Zayn has already met her before and even worked together, he didn't have any problems getting along with Lisa. As for Nicole, she thought Lisa was a cool person. She had a good impression of Lisa.

Lisa wore her black shirt and pant that she usually wore when she goes to work. It was decent but looked cool on her. A key locket was also hanging on her neck lazily.

Lisa was actually a little shy but her personality didn't let her show that. However, she couldn't hide her light blush. 

Zayn wanted to see Alex because he was worried about him but seeing him with Lisa, he guessed what happened. Like him, his brother would have also been in a bad mood and Lisa found him and consoled him.

Lisa was a senior in the field who started with his brother. She was capable and talented plus mature and intelligent. And his brother seems to already have feelings for her when they were young but since his brother woke up, he was engrossed in the past. Maybe he finally let go now.

Lisa come down and sat beside Alex. Then she greeted Zayn," Boss."

Zayn smiled and said," Sister-in-law you don't have to call me boss anymore. You are embarrassing me."

Lisa was stunned and even Alex and Nicole were surprised. Zayn was so blunt. He suddenly called Lisa sister-in-law? Alex felt good though and Nicole could guess that Zayn called her sister-in-law because he was confirmed that she would surely become his sister-in-law. 

Lisa was embarrassed and blushed. As she was going to refuse, Alex held her hand and said," It's okay. You don't have to call me big boss too." In the end, Lisa was so embarrassed that she didn't say anything and tried her best to calm down.

After Lisa calmed down, she remembered about Nicole.

Zayn finally introduced Nicole to them.

" Bhai, sister-in-law, This is Nicole. Nicole, This is my elder brother, Alex and this is my future sister-in-law, Lisa."

Nicole nodded at them and greeted them respectfully. " Bhai. Sister-in-law. Nice to meet you!"

" Nice to meet you too. I am Alex. I've heard a lot about you from Zayn. I heard that you're in the military."

" Yes. I am currently a researcher of the laboratory in the military."

" Good."

Lisa: " How did you meet though? If I don't remember incorrectly, it hadn't been long since you come back."

" Yes. I am also curious." Alex said from the side.

Zayn looked at Nicole and smiled," We just met by accident and she helped me and so on."

" Oh... "

They talked for a while and then Alex and Lisa had to go. Before going, Zayn talked to Alex alone.

" So your finally together."

" Yeah."

" It's a surprise so prepare well for sister-in-law."

" Of course. You don't need to tell me that. And also, don't call her sister in law."

" What do you mean?!" Zayn was shocked.

Alex smiled gently and told him.

" What I mean is, call her Bhabijaan. You may not know this but Bhaibijaan means dear sister in law. It matches what you call me. Bhai and Bhabijaan. You know, it's our style."

" I didn't know that." Zayn was surprised.

" Well, you were young back then. Let's go. Nicole and Lisa have been waiting for a while now."

" Okay then. See you soon, Bhai."

" Okay."

They parted ways like that. As Zayn and Nicole sat in the car, Zayn suddenly looked at Nicole and said,'' Tomorrow has been so similar to the day we first met!''

" Yeah..." Now that she thinks about it, it has truly been similar.

" Oh yeah, I forget to ask you. How do you know that I was there and that I wasn't in good a good condition?"

" Your Assistant Mike had informed me that your health wasn't good and that you've been in bad shape for some days. I took some days off and returned to see you. When I arrived here, I couldn't contact you for a whole night so I called your assistant. Mike said that you worked overtime and then you didn't come to work the next morning. I felt uneasy so I searched for you."

" Oh... I See."

" Did your assistant know about us?"

" Yeah. He is my trusted man and everything related to us was done by him like the fireworks arrangement that day and etc."

" I see.''

" By the way, Bhai said to call Sister Lisa Bhabijaan. He said it means dear sister in law and it matches what we call him."

" Oh really! That's a sweet name."

Zayn and Nicole talked casually as Zayn started the car and asked her.

" Is there any place you want to go?"

Nicole thought for some time and said,'' How about we go to your office? You do your work and I will accompany you.''

" Great."
