~Penelope P.O.V~

My eyes opened widely, as my afternoon lap was interrupted by my son, Julian, who looked at me. "What honey do you need?" I asked Julian, yawning and rubbing my eyes.

"There was someone at the door," Julian informed me.

I immediately sit up, looking Julian with a suspicious face. "What do you mean 'was', honey?" I said, hoping that he didn't let a stranger inside our house.

And it seems that Julian thought what I was thinking, opening his mouth to reassure me with his words. "Don't worry mother," He paused, "Dad was the one that opened the door and brought him in the kitchen... before I could spot who the stranger was, dad told me to call you," Julian informed.

I yawn again, wiping the tears away that formed in my eyes before standing up. "Okay I see," I replied to Julian, "Good job, you can continue playing," I told him.

"Okay," Julian responded as he walked in the same direction before he went to his room once he exited Marcus and I's bedroom.

Meanwhile, I walk through the narrow halls towards the kitchen, revealing my handsome husband and... "Luke?"

My instincts were right as I saw the figure responding to the name, revealing his front face that held a sad, anxious expression.

"Hello," He greeted politely.

"My goodness, what happened to you?" I asked, walking to sit next to Marcus on the other side of the kitchen table - with Luke sitting on the other side - miserable.

Luke stayed silent for a second before he answered with a question. "Did you know?"

I tilted my head in confusion, staring at Luke who looked at him with his miserable expression. "Know what?" I asked.

"Did you know that Jade is leaving?" He replied with more specific detail.

"What do you mean leaving?" Marcus stated.

I looked at him for a split second to see him having the same expression as me.

"She's leaving for Nightfare City for good," Luke said, cracking his voice that made my heartbreak.

"Who told you this?" I questioned curiously.

"James told me," Luke answered.

"Of course him," I thought.

I now stand up from my chair, looking at Luke. "Let me call him and see what is happening," I reassured Luke.

Seeing him nodding in agreement, I walked back to my bedroom to grab my phone, pressing James contact picture (which was a picture of him posing with a funny face) before I pressed the phone icon. Once I place it next to my ear, I wait for James to pick up - hearing sounds of phone rings from the other side when it stopped mid-way to complete silence.

"Need something?"

James said calmly through the other side of the call.

"Yeah I need something," I paused, "Tell me more about my little sister, leaving Manor Du Royale for Nightfare City" I commanded with a serious tone.

It was silent for a moment, giving me the assumption that he was up to something - and I intended to find out.

"Don't get mad at me,"
