Chapter 8: Where is Her Seat?!

MONDAY came and Crostelia was so nervous that she could hardly sleep the night before.

After that hell-like experience she suffered at the hallway near the cafeteria, she found herself inside their house, unscathed inside her room while laying on her bed as if she just woke up.

How did she end up coming home when her last memory was losing her consciousness on the ground while experiencing a different intensity of pain inside her heart? Everything felt so real, her pain, her agony, her tears, and her despair.

However, because of what she had witnessed right after opening her eyes; the walls of her room, her bed, the curtains, she thought that maybe she was just dreaming. Because of that, she disregarded the painful incident and thought of it as a nightmare that doesn't need to be remembered.

Aside from that, there are things she must mind right now, like how she feels after waking up and the happenings in her school. Today, she woke up as if she was beaten to pulp, but she never went anywhere, and her body looked normal so what could possibly cause that body ache?

Speaking of school happenings, after that seemingly endless waiting-although it has only been a week-she is finally going to practice!

The question is, who would be the person that would teach her? Would it be the mysterious guy whom she saw at the rooftop or the one that the mysterious guy commanded? Wouldn't they get annoyed if there was something she couldn't do properly?

She sighed. She could only hope that their patience is long enough for a turtle learner like her.

The girl brushed her negative thoughts away and then continued walking to her classroom.

When she got there, she suddenly doubted if that was really her room.

What happened and why are there so many students gathering across the room? What is there for them to hover like flies on a garbage can?

She looked around to confirm that she was in the right place and without a doubt, that is really her freaking room!

Because of the crowd created by the people who were curious about something she could not understand and then the bell that would start the morning classes was about to ring, the young lady used her petite body to penetrate the sea of people formed in the area.

When she finally managed to break through, she was shocked at how her classmates immediately darted their eyes on her with almost the same expression. All of them were wearing their widened eyes and parted mouth look as they stared at her with admiration, curiosity, and envy.

What could have happened?

She tried to search for something in the room to find any clue since from the looks of it, she won't be able to talk to anyone for a while as they all look petrified upon her arrival.

Then, her eyes stopped at one area: the back part at the corner of the classroom.

"Oh! You're already here!" a man from behind, whose voice was very familiar to the young lady, said casually.

That was Liev! It is him! She is sure it was him!

"Hey! Good morning!" she heard Chase say energetically... Or maybe it was Hunter?

"Morning," one of the twins said to her again.

She faced them-only to make herself even more confused. The other one was not wearing glasses so she could not determine the identity of the two right now! They look so much alike, and they even have the same voice! The other waved to her while eating; the other one only looked sleepy with his eyes half-closed while giving his best not to suddenly.
