Chapter Ten
Did I hear a voice?
No, I didn't.
Yes, I did.
No, I did.
Tupac, Nate Dogg and Notorious were located right behind some sort of curtain, thinking about how they were going to get away with some police officers who were trying to look for Tupac.
Unfortunately though, when Tupac had suggested that they should have stayed where they were because the policemen had suspected that he had gone home because of the terrorist attack that had literally just happened...
He was a bit too loud in saying that, and now the white police officer aka Cedric had kept on debating with himself on whether he had heard a voice or not.
Or whether he was being deceived and his ears were just playing tricks on him or something, but hopefully not though, as that would have been lowkey concerning.
"Yo, Jesse, did you hear something?" Cedric had said to the black police officer, aka Jesse. "I think I heard something coming from this curtain."
That must have been just him or something because Jesse had just kept on staring at Cedric as if he was absolutely crazy or something.
Tupac, Nate and Notorious were still behind the curtain right now though, as there was nowhere else for them to hide.
Nate Dogg had realised that both Cedric and Jesse had figured out that they were there, telling both Tupac as well as Notorious to keep quiet in case they had heard them.
Notorious still couldn't really have gotten over the fact that Tupac here had lied about him reforming and everything, hence why he was currently arguing with him... not realising the situation they were in right now.
Cedric and Jesse had definitely heard Tupac's name being said, nodding to themselves in harmony before Jesse had finally said something to them once and for all.
Tupac, we know you're in there! Jesse had yelled at them, with all three of them hearing this. There's nowhere for you to go. There's no way out. Y'all are done for out there. We finna kill you if we find you.
Flipping hell, what on Earth were all three of them supposed to do now?
They had to move fast now... but how?
"Great. Look where your shouting got us?" Nate Dogg fumed. "Now we're in a life or death situation."
They had been in a life or death situation since the police here had been looking for Tupac... and even before that as well though, when the terrorist attacks had started happening.
So what the hell was Nate Dogg on about?
"I'm sorry, but if damn Tupac here hadn't lied to us, then maybe I wouldn't need to shout!"
But Tupac had already told him why he had lied about everything, because he had feared losing credibility from them, that was why.
They had listened to what Jesse had told them but then not really at the same time, as instead of confessing, they had argued again.
They did realise they could have heard them right?
Cedric and Jesse were absolutely done with waiting right now, they couldn't have taken this anymore. They had gone inside.
Without even having to think twice about anything, Cedric had then opened the curtain, both him and Jesse being completely surprised when they had found out that..
They.
Weren't
There.
"What in the damn hell? I could have sworn I had heard them."
They were still there.
They had just hidden somewhere.
"Jesse, this don't make no sense, man!"
He rolled his eyes.
"Dude they set you up. They're hiding somewhere. Somewhere in this curtain room. I can sense it."
Although as he had said that, they had all snuck out of the room, going outside, congratulating themselves over the whole damn thing.
In other words they had been arguing before, but when they had realised that both Cedric and Jesse were serious about killing them if they had found them, they had tried to escape for good.
