Chapter Thirteen
Tupac opened his eyes.
No way did he just survive this car crash.
It was too good to be true.
It had collided near some sort of tree. It was about to fall off the bridge entirely. Nate Dogg and Notorious were dead but Tupac here was still yet to fond that out.
He was probably still alive because he wasn't actually at the front of the car and he was at the back of the car instead. It had done a roly poly and it had sat back up, and it was near the end of the bridge.
Damn, I felt like my life just flashed before my eyes, Tupac had thought to himself, getting out of the car.
He had really struggled.
Damn, man.
This dude was legit bleeding everywhere!
How was he not dead?
He was better off dead but he wasn't.
After several attempts, Tupac had then gotten out of the car, trying to see what had happened to it. He had sworn to himself really loudly after seeing the state in which it was currently in.
Then he had tried to wake up Nate Dogg and Notorious but he wasn't very successful. He would have called the ambulance but his friends were way more important than him.
"Yo, Nate."
Nothing.
He was dead.
Tupac was freaking out.
"Nate?" He panicked, tapping him again. But no. Nothing. He had done the same thing to Notorious but the same thing had happened.
Had Tupac really expected them to survive this?
Because they didn't.
Ironic though. He had done all the damage today but they had both ended up dead and he didn't. Strange.
Very strange indeed.
Screw it. They're dead.
I'm finna calling the ambulance now, and hopefully nobody here on my case either.
He was indirecting Cedric and Jesse. Hopefully they had given up looking for him, but they hadn't. They really hadn't.
As Tupac was about to call the ambulance over this, and thank God he had stayed away from the car as it had just low-key set on fire... there Cedric and Jesse were telling him to surrender.
Actually Cedric did that. Jesse had just told him to give the guy a break. His two best friends were dead and that was a huge loss for him to process.
When the ambulance eventually did come (with the road being closed as well- it was deserted right now as no one really drove on it), they had immediately taken Nate and Notorious's dead bodies to the mortuary and Tupac to the hospital.
And Tupac knew very that that Michael wasn't going to be happy when he had heard about this, so he didn't go home after he had gone out of the hospital two weeks later.
He had gone to his friend Eric B's house instead.
Even if he had gone back home, Michael didn't visit him because he was too annoyed to do so, and he had told Tupac's brothers aka Eazy E, JuiceWrld and XXXTentacions to do the same thing.
Tupac was healed the day before their joint funeral, and his household members didn't even come to that at all.
Not all of them were old enough to go.
And Michael would have had none of them go than just half of them instead.
The funeral room was packed with white, blue and purple flowers, which was Nate and Notorious' favourite colours combined.
Nate Dogg's coffin was white & blue whilst Notorious' was white and purple instead.
A lot of people knew that Tupac was the reason for their deaths so they had given him the dirtiest looks of all time, but he had low-key just ignored them.
Eric B had realised how extremely devastated Tupac was over this. He wanted to cry but he didn't. Men didn't show emotion.
"Don't worry, man." Eric B had fold him, putting his arm around him. "At least they're in a better place now. It's like they always used to say. Legends never die."
Tupac had thought about that deeply.
Legends never died.
But they did.
Both of them did.
He had cried on his friend's shoulder very immensely. He couldn't take it anymore. He was honestly just done.
Done with life.
Done with people.
Done with everything.
