Chapter Eleven
"Y'all, can't believe we actually got away with that!" Tupac had said to both Notorious as well as Nate Dogg who had just exited the scene.
Away from Cedric and away from Jesse as well.
They had originally hidden in the red curtain room where the fire exit was, and now they had all low-key just taken the fire exit too, to the back of the convert venue.
Little did they know that Cedric and Jesse were still pretty much looking for them. They had absolutely no idea what was going to hit them right now.
They really didn't.
Tupac, we know you're in there! Jesse had yelled at them, with all three of them hearing this. There's nowhere for you to go. There's no way out. Y'all are done for out there. We finna kill you if we find you.
That was what Jesse had said to them or more specifically, Tupac, as he had actually said his name and no one else's.
They weren't going to stop looking for them, but because the three of them were all too happy that they had successfully left the scene.
They didn't even realise that the two of them were right opposite them. Cedric and Jesse had figured that if the three of them weren't in the building...
Then they were out of the building instead.
And they weren't wrong about that.
"Caught y'all red handed," Jesse had told all three of them when he had seen them, cocking his gun at all of them.
Both him and Cedric were not fooling around man, and the three of them didn't need telling twice. Right now though, Notorious, Nate Dogg and Tupac were all pretty much surrendering.
They were walking backwards and the three of them were walking forwards and towards them instead, at a snail's pace.
Notorious had said the S word out loud to himself many times. This was it, they were all going to die right now.
"Hold up," Notorious had stated to them after he had realised something kind of strange. "Do y'all want Tupac or all of us?"
Apparently, according to Cedric anyway, they wanted Tupac at first....
But now that all three of them were there instead?
"Might as well kill all of y'all, right? Why just one person instead?"
If the three of them knew that this was going to happen today, then they wouldn't even have bothered coming, no doubt about that at all.
Suddenly, being at home with his siblings and Michael Jackson didn't seem to be so bad anymore. Sure, Michael was a super strict father and everything.
But that was absolutely nothing compared to the situation Tupac was in right now, flipping heck. They had all surrendered at the police officers, but not for long.
Why?
They had ran.
Ran and ran as fast as their little legs could have carried them across the entire street.
Cedric and Jesse were now helplessly chasing them down the entire street, with Nate Dogg and Notorious nearly stacking on the ground the whole time but they didn't.
They had found Tupac's car to ride.
But the thing was.
Would it have been far enough?
"No one cares about that- just go, go, go!" Nate Dogg had ordered everyone, as he had very very quickly unlocked the keys to Tupac's car.
Cedric and Jesse were already hopping in to their police car for them so therefore why couldn't they have done the exact same thing as them?
Nate Dogg was at the front and he was driving, with Notorious being at the front of the car and Tupac at the back instead as he wasn't worthy of the front.
Due to the amount of trouble he had caused everyone today and everything. That was why.
"Yo, let's bust out some music."
"You kidding, Notorious?" Nate Dogg had complained. "Now ain't the damn time for music."
Notorious had just told him that it was always time for music, especially his music and he had a CD on that and everything.
Baby, if you give it to me, I'll give it to you
I know what you want, you know I got it
Baby, if you give it to me, I'll give it to you
As long as you want, you know I got itNate Dogg had turned it off with Notorious complaining.
But they didn't have time for this.
They just drove.
Quicker than the damn speed of light.
