I wake up in the morning from a text from all three brothers.
All saying the same thing.
'Hey sorry. We're not going to be able to make it this weekend'

I got angry quickly.
'Yeah, whatever. You do this to me every weekend. I bet you guys don't even try. I'm your sister! And I do miss you. The lest you can do is come see me and dad!' I type back to them.

I send and instantly get a call from Kian.

"Hello?" I answered rudely.
"Hey! You need to chill! We love you too but we're can't just leave to come see you guys all the time! We actually do try!" He yelled.
"Whatever Kian! You know you don't try. You already scared all the guys away from me! The least you could do is be the guy in my life!" I yelled right back.
"What are you even talking about!" He snapped.
"Um. Maybe the fact that I'll never have a boyfriend as long as I'm at Mykinnley high!" I say.
"My 16 year old sister doesn't need a boyfriend. Stop thinking like that!" He yelled.
"Well your 16 year old sister is going on a date today! Maybe if you were here and actually cared then this wouldn't be happening.! " I laugh.

Ha! I got you Kian!

"What! No you're not! With who! You can't go o-." I hung up on him before he could finish.

Yeah. I might have actually been mad at him, but the truth is I'm just trying to guilt him into coming home. I haven't seen him in three months and I really miss him!

'Were coming home next weekend for sure!' Kian texted.
'You have a boyfriend! Who? You can't have a boyfriend!' Kayden said.
'No! You can't! We're coming next weekend! We're going to meet this boy! I can already tell I don't like him!' Kalin said.

I ignored all of the texts and went to the living room. I sat on the couch.

"Are you okay?" Dad asked.
"I'm fine." I smile.
"Okay. So what are you doing today?" He asked.
"I don't know. Later I'm going out with Josh and some of his friends." I shrug.
"So are you two dating? Or what." Dad asked.

"No. We're not." I said.
"Do you like him?" He questioned.
"I don't think so." I said scrunching my eyebrows.
"You don't think so, but you're going on dates with him?" He asked sarcastically.
"It's not a date. He just invited me out with him and his friends." I say.
"Sounds like a group date to me." He laughed.
"Well it's not." I smile.

I'm not going to tell him the truth. I don't want him mad at me for pretending like I'm Josh's girlfriend. That's kind of embarrassing.
Okay, a lot embarrassing.

I go to my room to shower.

'Hey, where are we going and what time?' I text Josh.
'I think we're just going to that mall and 3. Are you sure you want to do this?' He replied.
'Yeah, I'm fine with it.' I said.
'Thank you.! Like a lot.' He said

I went to shower and get dressed.
I put on a red shirt and black skater skirt. I tucked the shirt into the skirt. I slipped on black vans and went to my room. I quickly curl my hair and walk to my room.

It was already almost three.

I check my phone.

'Hey, I'm on my way.' The text from Josh read. Five minutes ago. He's probably already here!

I run down the stairs.

"Bye Daddy." I say and hug him.
"Bye sweetie." He said and I walked out the door.

I was just on time. Josh had just pulled up.

"Well, you clean up nicely." Josh smiled.
"Thanks?" I say questioningly.

It was just him and I in the car.

"Okay, so. I feel really bad about this already." Josh laughed.
"Why?" I smile.
"It's weird!" He laughed.
"Yeah, I know." I laugh.
"So, none of these people will know who you are." He smiled.
"Yeah. Okay.." I smiled back.

We walk into the mall and spot his friends. We walk over to them. There were 4 boys and 4 girls. All of which were dating someone in the group.

"So you're Josh's girlfriend?" A boy with blonde hair asked.
"Yeah." I smile.
"You're pretty hot to be dating Josh." Another boy with black hair said.

His girlfriend hit him on the arm and I laugh.

I go to move my hair out of my face. I had my phone in my left hand, this was the same hand that I move my hair with.

"Holy crap." A girl says yanking my hand causing me to drop my phone.

I look to my phone and pick it up.
"What?" I laugh.
"Did Josh give you this ring?" A girl with red hair asked.

I look at her then up at Josh with a smile.

"Yeah, Josh gave me this." He smiled also.

I'm such a good actress!

We start to walk around and Josh grabbed my waist pulling me close.

He then whispered in my ear.

"Thanks."
I smile then wink at him.

Through all the hand holding and waist pulling. Walking close and acting like a couple gave me the 'Feels'.

Yea, the Feels.

We said goodbye to his friends and get in his car.

"Thank you so much Kayla." He said.
"Yeah. But you owe me big time." I smile.
"Okay, I know!" He laughed.
"And it has to be next weekend." I say.

He sighed. I looked down. He laughed.

"What is it?" He asked.
"I kinda lied. And you're going to have to act like my boyfriend, all weekend." I say.

"You lied to who?" He asked.
"My brothers." I say.
"What! Kayla I can't. You know I'm scared of them!" He complained.

Ugh! Josh.

"Well, grow a pair and help me out!" I laughed.
"Fine! I'll help. But you're going to owe me. Again!" He laughed.
"You're really going to have to act like my boyfriend. Like more than today." I say.
"How is that even possible! We acted really close! The only other thing I could do is kiss you!" He said.

Then the car got quite and awkward.

"No, whatever. I don't know Josh. But you have to help me. I haven't seen them in three months and I told them I was going on a date because that made me mad and then they freaked out on me because I have a 'boyfriend'." I say.

"Alright don't worry about it." He smiled.
