it's been seven years. throughout those seven years, chloe and k have continued to endlessly support, comfort, and love each other. no matter what the issue was, the two got through it together.
even with their busy schedules, they made sure to spend time with each other whenever they could.
throughout those seven years, a lot has happened. both companies found out about the relationship. neither company wanted to jeopardize their artist's image, so it was complicated in the beginning.
however, fans eventually found out about the relationship as well and reacted positively. everyone knew it was coming. the fans gave endless support and love to the couple, finding them just perfect for one another.
they've met each other's parents, in which k asked permission for something. something that could and would change both of their lives.

chloe but where's all of this coming from? are you sure everything's okay?
k princess just trust me on this one okay? i'll come pick you up in an hour. is that enough time?
chloe of course it is! then i'll go get ready right now

chloe immediately walked into her closet and stared at her clothes for a good five minutes.
she shook her head and decided to go shower first. after the shower, she let her hair air dry and made sure to prep her face before doing her make up. being used to having her make up professionally done, chloe wasn't the best at doing it for herself, so she simply applied a light layer of foundation, some blush, mascara, and a glossy lipstick.
once she set her face with setting spray, she plugged in the curling iron and let it warm up while she picked out an outfit.

• with a call from k stating that he was only a few minutes away, chloe awaited for his arrival outside of her apartment.
yes, she was finally situated in a new apartment and conveniently near k's dorm, so it was quite often that the two stayed at each other's place whenever they had the time.
seeing that k's car was pulling up, chloe smiled and walked near while k rushed to open the door for her.
k opened the door and turned around, parting his lips. he let out a chuckle before covering his mouth and looking away in awe.
"what's wrong?" chloe asked, confused by the sudden reaction.
"what's wrong? what's wrong is that you look .." he paused and looked away again, trying to hold back a smile, "baby you look beautiful."
chloe let out a laugh, "is that why you acted like that? for a second, i thought you were going to tell me you forgot to tell the boys that they were baby sitting cinnamon."
"of course not," k smacked his lips.
cinnamon was chloe's puppy that was gifted to her by k. not only was chloe a full time idol, she was also a full time mother .. of cinnamon.
k smacked his lips again and sighed, taking a hold of chloe's hands in his.
"but this is really not okay," he complained.
"what isn't?" chloe asked.
"you can't be this pretty. this isn't okay. are you really trying to kill me?" k asked.
"well .." chloe jokingly hesitated. — the two arrived at a restaurant chloe wasn't so familiar with, but as soon as they entered, they were immediately welcomed with bright smiles.
chloe couldn't exactly recognize anyone's face because most of them were turned away from the door, but from what chloe could tell, it was a really fancy restaurant by the looks of people's outfits and the interior.
"babe .." chloe called out, holding hands with k as they followed a waiter to their table.
k hummed.
"how much does this restaurant? it looks really expensive," chloe stated, slightly pouting.
k smiled and sighed, "that's for me to know and for you to not worry about. i want you to enjoy tonight."
"yah- you're not telling me, which means it IS expensive," chloe huffed.
k sat back and admired how beautiful chloe looked. she always looked beautiful, but she was exceptionally beautiful today, which made him even more impatient for what he had planned.
a lot of time went by and the two had already received their dishes and were enjoying the night together just as planned.
chloe gasped, "they're playing our song!"
k smiled at how chloe got excited over realizing that the band was playing their song, i.l.y by the rose.
however, the instrumental stopped and the band left the stage for four males to enter.
"no way," chloe mumbled, "the rose is actually here. right now. no way."
"well good evening ladies and gentlemen," one of the rose's members began, "i hope you're all enjoying the food on this lovely night. you all look great especially the couple in the front."
chloe's eyes widened, realizing that she and k were the couple that was referred to.
"this next song is for a special lady in the house who's partner has gone the extra mile to get us here. now that is true love indeed," he smiled before the instrumental began, "feel free to join us on the dance floor and i hope you enjoy it. this is i.l.y by the rose."
"let's go dance babe," k spoke, standing up to grab chloe's hand.
