special: chapter two

taking k's hand, the two walked to the dance floor, pulling into each other's embrace.

k had his arms around chloe's waist, while chloe had her arms around his, so they were swaying in a hugging position.

chloe rested her cheek against k's chest and closed her eyes to truly take in the moment.

with their hectic schedules, this moment was a breath taker for the two. they were truly able to spend time together without it being because of work.

their favorite song was playing and nothing could've been better than this moment.

"princess," k called out, receiving a hum.

"thank you."

chloe scrunched her face in confusion and tilted her head up to make eye contact with k, "for what?"

k smiled, "for everything. for coming into my life and helping me look at everything from a new perspective. for always being there to comfort, support, and guide me through everything. for making me want to become a better person."

chloe looked up at k with tears forming, a slight smile on her face.

"no don't cry baby," k softly chuckled, wiping the tears that had fell on her face.

"i knew that you were the one ever since the beginning and when the boys welcomed you and loved you like their big sister, i knew for a fact that it's you. you're the one i want to see when i first wake up. you're the one i want to spend the rest of my life with and i wouldn't want to be with anyone else. i'm in it until the end. i'm here for the long run. i want you to know that i'm by your side throughout every moment of life," k paused, letting go of his embrace on chloe and kneeling down on one knee.

chloe let out a soft gasp, putting her hands over  her mouth as she watched k hold a ring box out.

"chloe kim," k smiled, his voice shaking, "will you marry me?"

chloe couldn't stop the tears and soft sobs, answering k with head nods.

"can i have your hand princess?" k chuckled.

chloe stretched her arm out for k to softly hold while he slid the ring on her finger.

"baby," she mumbled, tightly embracing k, "i love you so much."

"i love you too baby," k whispered, "so so much."

"let's give a big congratulations to our newly engaged couple, chloe and k!" the same male for before spoke, gaining chloe's attention.

"this is only the beginning. on behalf of the industry, congratulations. i hope your future is filled with happiness, laughter, and love. one more time for the two people in love!" woosung exclaimed.

chloe and k turned around to face everyone else, k's arm wrapped around chloe's waist.

chloe let out a gasp and covered her mouth.

"mom, dad!" she exclaimed, running over to her parents.

"oh congratulations sweetheart," her mom smiled through tears.

"my little princess isn't so little anymore," her dad whispered as he placed a kiss on her forehead.

"mr. and mrs. kim," k greeted with a smile.

"congratulations my dear," chloe's mom smiled, placing a small kiss on k's cheek.

"i know you love my princess with all your heart," mr. kim began, "but please treat her well. she's my only little princess."

"yes sir," k replied, "i promise i will."

"well congratulations my son," mr. kim smiled.

"why don't you two go over to k's parents," mrs. kim smiled, "we can catch up later."

after speaking with k's parents and fellow artists that were invited, chloe realized that all of k's members were also there and she did not hesitate to run over there and give them all a big hug.

"did you all know about this too?" chloe asked, receiving head nods.

"wahhh .. you all are truly unbelievable. i'm impressed that you all were able to keep it a secret for this long," chloe smiled.

"and congratulations to you," heeseung spoke, "you're engaged!"

chloe and k received congratulations after congratulations from the boys, making them very happy.

"oh i love you guys. come here," chloe smiled, gathering them all into another hug.

"k is going to get jealous," sunghoon teased.

"aye .. there's no need for that. i love all seven of you equally. the type of love i have for you six and for k are just different," chloe explained.

"now come," she demanded, "babe, you too."
