"We need to talk about Hawks, we understand you have a personal relationship with him correct?"

Hawks... Was he in trouble? Why were they calling me? I pushed down my questions to answer theirs. "Y-yeah we uh, know each other."

"He has been transported to the general hospital in Fukuoka. If you are willing to come, we will explain when you get here."

Before I could process the entire call they had already hung up. Did they say hospital? My stomach dropped, if he was in the hospital that only confirmed my suspicions that something was wrong. I jolted up from the couch, not knowing what to do.

"Hospital means injury. If they called me something happened to Keigo." I elaborated to myself. I ran to my room putting on a pair of socks and grabbed my backpack. After sliding on my sneakers I thought about the quickest way to get there.

the train will take around an hour then I would have to wander through the city in order to find the hospital. That'll take too much time. His agency was in Fukuoka, and his house wasn't too far away from there. If I could teleport to his house I could cut the time back tremendously. I chewed the skin around my nails. It was a risk I didn't know if I was ready to take.

Keigo was more important to me than any risk. I needed to get to him as soon as possible. I hadn't tried teleporting to far away locations yet, but I needed to do this. I steadied my rapid breath and began envisioning myself at his house. For a few moments, I felt vibrations being sent through my body. I opened my eyes, looking at my surroundings, I made it.

I had no time to celebrate, how could I when something happened to him. I bolted down the streets. I didn't have any idea where the hospital was, but I looked for any signs that could point me in the right direction.

I weaved through the streets and people walking down the side walk; I didn't have time to walk. I stopped for a brief second. I pulled my phone out after having no luck, I typed the hospital into the GPS. With it being in the opposite direction, I had to run through the street, just barely missed getting hit by a car.

My worries were elsewhere, I didn't care if people looked at me rudely, they weren't important. All I cared about was making sure he was okay.

I prayed to myself while my running didn't let up. "Please be okay, I need you to be okay."

I bursted through the doors of the emergency room, out of breath and drawing in stares from other patients. Eye contact was made between these two men in suits and I, they walked over to greet me.

"Are you (Y/n) (L/n)?" With a nod their question was answered. "We need to speak with you privately." They lead me down a small hallway away from the E.R. Anxiety coursed through my veins, I needed to know what happened.

"Hawks is currently in surgery." I didn't have chance to ask question as they continued. "We are not able to discuss the matters of why, but he's in critical condition, right now they aren't sure if he'll pull through."

Why is he in surgery? The color left my face, it had felt like my heart just stopped beating. My eyes flickered to both of them. "We understand that you and Hawks are... Close with each other. On the way here before he went under, he faded in and out of consciousness, telling us to contact you; that's why you're here right now."
