Two weeks flew by since our feelings for each other were laid out, being with him was like being on cloud nine. Our relationship was in a state of euphoria.

I never knew Keigo could be so affectionate, just one kiss and it was like I unlocked everything there was to him. Every chance he got to kiss me, hug me, or cuddle with me, he took it. He hardly ever let me have a moment of privacy. He wanted to be connected to me at all times.

We didn't talk about his injuries still, much to my dismay. Despite how we felt about each other, he continued to ignore any questions I had regarding the incident, all I knew was that a fire quirk villain was the cause of his wounds.

Even though I was still lost in the unknown, he was healing relatively well. His facial scar was almost fully healed and his eye no longer swollen. Whenever I saw him staring at himself in the mirror, I reminded him how hot and badass it made him look. It was cute to see him blush from my words. Usually my compliments made him feral, he would push me against the counter and slam his lips against mine, or he would throw me onto the bed which would lead to a heavily heated make out session.

But other than leaving love bites all over each other, we didn't do a whole lot. I told him that we should wait until he's fully healed before doing anything, just incase he might hurt himself some how.

He would complain that he felt like an old man due to his injuries and not being able to move around as much. However everything was coming along nicely. By the end of the month most of his wounds should be nothing but scars and bruises.

His wings were still an unknown issue, not much progress had been made on them. Currently his scar tissue was coming in, but I never saw any growth. Whenever I asked questions he shrugged them off, saying not to worry about it. But how could I not? I knew he was still depressed over the fact his quirk might be gone forever. Flying through the air was an escape for him, it was a chance to get away from the burdens of his job, or the government holding him back.

I always wondered what I could do, if his wings were something I could heal, but I wasn't going to take any chances with his quirk. I can't bring things back from the dead, once something is gone it's gone for good. Without his knowledge, I would still practice on myself, I just kept cutting the same spot on my palm over and over again, or I would heal small insignificant wounds I received during the day. Maybe with this I would have the confidence to heal the rest of his injuries such at the abrasions, burns, and bruises.

It got me thinking, if I can heal my own wounds why wouldn't I be able to heal other's as well? Deep down we're all made from the same things, We all have organs and bones. The only thing holding me back at this point was how I always said I would never use my quirk on other people ever again. I just wanted to help him. He showed me that my quirk could do great things, it didn't have to be used to cause destruction throughout the world.

We laid in bed together, our bodies a tangled mess. With his hand wrapped around my waist pressing me up against him, and the other cradling the side of my head. My fingers twirled the hairs at the nape of his neck. He felt warm like a summer evening. The only sound could be heard from the birds singing through the window. I stared into his golden, sun-like eyes, filled with unspoken love. The kind that couldn't be put into words. It was being vulnerable, exposing all of our imperfections to each other. Love for us is letting each other see who we truly, deeply are when the world isn't looking.

He placed soft, electric filled pecks to my lips repeatedly. " I love you. I love kissing you. I love waking up to you every morning, the way the sun hits your face. You look ethereal, like a goddess. You're my goddess." I nuzzled my face into his neck, hiding my giggles. He lit my heart on fire with everything he did, all the words he spoke. "I love you, I love you, I love more than all the stars in the sky," he said between peppered kisses.
