"Spill." Drake had dragged me out of bed and down into the kitchen, forcibly. He'd slid me a mug of coffee and I'd downed it in one go.
"Well. I took a shower. Put on his shirt, and went downstairs to yell at him for having to use his crap. Because this," I tugged on the collar of Castiel's shirt. "Is his fault. If he'd been civil, and I don't know, not, kidnap me I would have been in my own cloths and smelled like me. So he then loses his head, and bites my freaking neck." I slammed the palm of my hands on the counter and they tingled. I was furious. How dare he mark me without my consent. I'd screamed for him to stop and he'd still gone through with it. I was disgusted with him.
"So he marked you without your permission?" Drake sipped his coffee, as if that wasn't such a big deal. I started at him in awe. "Drake he bit me," I pulled the collar of the shirt away to reveal my neck. The design wouldn't come in until we mated, but the bite mark would remain. "On my neck!" I pointed to it, jabbing myself in the neck. Drake set his mug down softly. "Aurora you do know it would have happened anyway, right?" I threw my hands up in frustration. "Drake you're supposed to be on my side!" He smirked at me and held his hands up in surrender. "Of course I am but one way or another he would have marked you. He's a Lycan. He's got a much harder time controlling his wolf when it comes to you."
Just then a teenage boy ran into the house. "Alpha there's three wolves treading close to the house. Not ours." Drake stood up swiftly and ran with the boy outside. I shrugged and followed behind them. There were at least twenty wolves on the porch of the house. Three wolves emerged from the woods, the one in the front being larger than any of those outside. I groaned and looked skyward. "Really God?" Castiel was leading up the three wolves. His grey eyes were focused only on me. I assumed the larger of the two behind him was Corena, the other Liam.
All around me wolves began to bow their heads and get on their knees. Even Drake took a knee on the floor. I stood out amongst them. I tugged on the sleeve of Drakes shirt. "What the hell are you doing?" I hissed at him. He didn't look me in the eyes, he kept them trained on the wood of the porch. "They are Lycans, extremely powerful ones. They are Alpha and Luna to all of us." He mumbled. I huffed and looked for a way out. Castiel's wolf growled when he saw me take a step to the right. I stared him down before making a break for it. I ran towards the side of the porch, clearing the railing and hitting the ground below it. I sprinted towards the tree line, pumping my arms and begging my legs to carry me faster. A shadow passed over my head and then Castiel's wolf was snarling right in front of me. He looked mad, down right pissed off.
I skidded to a halt and put my hands on my knees, trying to catch my breath. "Dear God I haven't done that in a while." I heaved. I sucked in big gulps of air but they did little for my hungry lungs. I stood up straight, my chest puffing. I took a step forward and Castiel snapped his teeth at me. I perked an eyebrow and placed a hand on my hip. "Look who's suddenly grown a set!" I yelled. I clapped dramatically and then put my middle fingers up at him. "Well fuck you Castiel!" I shouted. I turned away from him and stomped towards Drakes house. Castiel growled behind me and I felt his hot breath on the back of my legs. "Fuck off you useless mutt!" That got his attention. He stepped in front of me, his front legs bent, he barked at me, an order.
"Look Cass. I hate you. It's a simple as that. Now leave me alone." I was tired. So tired of my life. I jumped from one problem to the next. Trouble always seemed to find me. I just couldn't catch a break. My composure broke and my body heaved as the tears started. "Please just leave me alone." I begged. I knew that my emotions were amplified because of his presence. I don't cry, but I'd been doing an awful lot of it since meeting him. Castiel's wolf whimpered and approached me slowly. He nudged his giant head against my legs and made me stumble back. "Leave me alone Cass!" I yelled. He whimpered again and lowered his head in submission. Suddenly the wolf was gone and Castiel was wrapping his big arms around me. I was very aware of his nakedness. It called to my body and aroused me even though I was anything but turned on. Castiel held my head and wrapped his other arm around my waist. He shushed me and pulled my body flush against his. His member pressed against my stomach and thigh but I tried my best to ignore it.
"I am sorry for what I did." Castiel placed his hands on either side of my face. "I am so so sorry. It was wrong of me to take advantage of you. I heard your pleas, but I couldn't stop. I am a horrible mate and I do not deserve you. I will understand if you hate me, reject me." I pulled Castiel back to me and pressed my cheek against his chest. "Don't say that." I mumbled. I didn't want him to think I had forgiven him, because I definitely had not. But hearing him say those things had gotten to me. I felt bad for making him think I hated him. Sure I'd screamed that I did, but deep down, I knew that it was the exact opposite.
"You were wrong." I pulled away from Castiel and he hung his head. "No look at me." I stayed silent until he gazed at me with his beautiful blue eyes. "You were wrong. That was a terrible thing to do to me, but that doesn't make you terrible. It would have happened eventually. I just wish it hadn't been against my will. I'm not ready to accept the mate life, and you took the choice away from me. I am angry, but I don't hate you." Castiel nodded and lifted me so that he could press his forehead to mine. "May I kiss you?" He whispered. "No. Hell no. And your beard is tickling me." I giggled and pushed his face away from mine. He grinned and set me down, running my body down the length of his. I patted his chest a took a few steps back. "Alright, you need clothes." Castiel looked down at himself. "Perhaps."

****************

"This is the one who had you kidnapped." Castiel eyes darkened at Drake. Drake looked anywhere but at the powerful Lycan. "Actually. He wasn't aware that I had been kidnapped, and he drove me home in his beautiful Spider. I'm under the protection of his pack." Castiel wrapped his arm protectively around my waist. "You don't need his protection." He growled. I rolled my eyes and slipped from his grasp. "Shut up." I said simply. He was wearing a pair of basketball shorts that Drake had given him, and nothing else.
"It's alright Aurora." Drake murmured and I glared at him. "You shut up too. He's got to learn that he's not the only male in this world who wants to protect me, trust me he's not. He can't get all wolf like when they do." I crossed my arms across my chest and looked up at Castiel. His eyes were clouded over. He grabbed his head and his face morphed into a grimace. He dropped to his knees and my eyes widened. He gritted his teeth and breathed heavily through them.
"Cass?" I stepped towards him, reaching out. But something was keeping me from touching him. "Cass!" I yelled. I tried again but my body was thrown back a few steps.
"The Moon Goddess is speaking to him. She won't let you intervene." Corena came into the room, wearing clothes that obviously weren't hers. "What do you mean? He's in pain!" I yelled gesturing to Castiel. He was bent over, his palms laid out on the floor. "Her true voice is painful to the sensitive ears of a wolf. If he weren't a Lycan, he would be dead."
I got as close to Castiel as I could, my heart pounding wildly in my chest. The force field around him started to weaken, and his breathing evened out. I rushed forward and threw my arms around him. He didn't react to me, his hands opening and closing against the floor. He fell back onto his butt and I repositioned myself to cling to his neck. After a few moments his arm encircled me. "I'm alright, flacără mică." He breathed, his voice soft. "Don't scare me like that, Cass." I held onto him for dear life, my eyes squeezed shut. Castiel managed to rise from the floor, taking me with him. He kissed my cheek before lowering me back down.
"Drake Walters." Castiel's voice became smooth, flowing through my ears easily. He removed himself from me and walked with an easy grace to Drake. Castiel's height wasn't as tall next to Drake, he was almost his height.
"The Moon Goddess has spoken." He grabbed Drakes head suddenly and snapped his neck to the side.
