Spirit regained his senses and,found himself suspended in a stasis field. As he looked around he saw four magnaguards and a T-series tactical droid were in the room.
"God damn clankers I should blast you where you stand!" Spirit snapped.
The T-series droid chuckled at Spirit's threat. "You are in no position to do that clone." The droid said plainly.
"Why don't you let me down and I'll show you just how fast I can live up to that." Spirit growled.
The T-series looked at one of the magnaguards. "Give him a warning." It said.
Before Spirit had even a chance to figure out what the droid meant he felt a quick probe from an electrostaff causing him to grunt in pain.
"Damn you!" Spirit yelled.
"You are going to tell me everything you know about the republic's presence on this planet." The T-series said lowly.
"And if I refuse?" Spirit mocked.
The droid walked over to Spirit and pistol whips Spirit with an E-5.
His head jolted to the left, blood slowly started to tickle down the side of his head.
"That all you got, clanker?" he scoffed.
"The pain will only get worse and last longer." The T-series answered dryly.
"I won't tell you anything!" Spirit spat.
All four magnaguards prodded Spirit at once causing hollered in pain he hung his head when the pain finally subsided his breath quivering as he gasped for air.
"Will you talk now?" The T-series droid questioned.
"You stupid bucket of bolts I don't know what you are talking about! And even if I did, I'd rather die than tell you!"
Meanwhile, the squad had managed to locate Spirit, Volta had slipped a scanner under the crevice below the door. As it activated he'd bring up a projection using his wrist communicator. Volta would see the five droids in the room. Skeleton had begun to slice the door then started a countdown as he finished the hack.
"5...4...3...2...1." Skeleton said as the door slid open, "Move in guns blazing boys!" Volta ordered as he revved up his Z6 and opened fire. Skeleton fired ten shots right at one of the magnaguards that was trying to zap Spirit. The tactical droid got shredded immediately by Volta along with two of the magnaguards while Skeleton takes care of another. However, the last magnaguard hid behind Spirit for cover. Skeleton ran into the room and grabbed one of the scrapped magnaguard's staff and charged at the one that was in cover. The droid perried Skeleton's attack and kicked him away. Skeleton zapped himself accidentally he got back up only being slightly injured. Skeleton approached again more more carefully this time. One hand on the staff and one on his pistol. Spirit gritted his teeth in attempts to remain conscious.
The magnaguard spun its staff getting ready to attack Skeleton. Skeleton prepared to parry the magnaguard then blast them. Volta stayed back to watch Skeleton try to take on the magnaguard, Cassatopia also stayed back. The magnaguard swiped at Skeleton's pistol trying to disarm him. Skeleton parries with with the staff then empties the pistol into the magnaguard. Volta would continue to watch, the magnaguard had fallen criticially damaged but it still tried to fight.
"Guard this clanker...." Skeleton said ending the magnaguard with the electrostaff then walked to free Spirit.
Skeleton deactivated Spirit's confides causing Spirit to simply flop to the ground.
"You idiot...." Spirit groaned.
"Like the show?" Skeleton asked before jumping on the comms "We saved Spirit, also I pulled a one liner on a Magna guard"
Spirit chuckled slightly hearing Skeleton.
"You mean how our squad lead sat back and was ready for you to die and not help you then yea... you did damn good....." Spirit said weakly.
