Chapter 11: Calm Before The Storm

The Next Day

Today is the day we're supposed to be going up to Eddie and Giselle's little company it's like 8:00pm. The plan is to just go up there talk and if it turns into something else oh well. Lucious knows what we're going to do which is why he's coming. After we ate we got in the car and drove to their company. When we walked in it was very empty inside and there was only like one security guard and he lead us up to their office we were all calm but still angry and you know they say you have to watch out for those types. As we reached the floor and stepped into their office we saw tiana talking to them I guess she didn't know we were behind her "I just can't take it anymore Shardae and melodie just keep stealing my shine to be honest their not even all of that. All they do is get number 1 songs and albums I want some too. Can you guys help me?" She said "That's very funny considering I made yo dirty ass ain't that right Tiana?" I said she turned around so fast it looked like her head turned all the way around. She gulped I chuckled "Cookie it's not what it looks like-oh then what is it then huh? I knew you were shady form the jump after all we did for you wow." Melodie said tiana scoffed and stood "And what did you do for me huh? Besides me being invisible compared to this whole family affair." She said Shardae chuckled tiana looked at her "Its so funny how your letting all that bullshit come out of your mouth." She said while walking up in tiana's face "You know damn you hade your little shine remember when we went to collage and weren't making music yeah not to mention that my parents paid for that 10 bedroom mansion your living in. You wanna sign with them go ahead don't call me when you homeless, you better be hope I don't tell the world about you little secret scandal." She finished then walked away tiana just stood there Eddie cleared his throat "Tiana you are more than welcome to sign with us just take some time to think about it okay I won't force you to." He said then Tiana ran out "That's funny considering you like to force woman into doing shit they don't want to." Lucious said Eddie laughed "And what's that supposed to mean?" He asked "It means that you are a ra-YOU DON'T HAVE ANY PROOF OF THAT!!" Gisselle yelled "Yeah ok keep thinking that." Lucious said we all sat down "So what do you want?" Gisselle "We want you to leave me alone stop calling me and trying the fucking buy me who do you think you are? Honestly." Shardae said they gasped "We would never try to buy you we love you my daughter. But if you want your space sure we will stop." Gisselle said "Yeah whatever." Melodie said her and Shardae got up and went to the candy bowls on there desk and spilled the candy out then threw them right above Eddie and Giselle's head they flinched and then stood up. Then we left as we were in the car I was looking out the window just thinking to myself "I don't believe a word they said." Lucious said we all nodded "They can't be trusted." I said and looked back out the window.

Jamal POV

After the whole thing with Olivia I have just been spending as much time I can with my daughter speaking of she is currently sleeping in her bed right now. And Michael is supposed to be coming over today to talk. I'm just sitting in the living room watching tv until he comes. After about 15 minutes he came and we sat down it awkward silences for some time before he spoke "Shardae is my sister." He said I fake gasped "I already know." I stated "You know it's crazy how your mom and dad seem so nice but then you find out that they stole me little sister." He said I laughed "Your sound so stupid right now Michael is that what even happen or is that just what your making you in your head they didn't steal her your precious crackhead parents dropped her off at our doorstep with parental control papers." I said he gasped "That's what really happened oh I thought that never mind I never even asked them but it think that's what their going to say." He said I sighed "So what are you really doing here? You feel some type of way about my daughter right?" I asked he nodded "Did you have sex with her on purpose-No I did not there is this device when's male is passed out a woman can use it to take sperm and she did do it she told me that she drugged me and everything." I said he sat there quiet "I just don't think I'm ready to be a stepdad." He said I chuckled "It's funny because you were the one crying talking about how you wanted to adopt a child and now your not ready why because it's my blood you know what? You can go because if you ain't wit my daughter then you ain't wit me." I stated while showing him to the door he walked outside the door with his head down "I'm Sorry, Jamal I just have to get used to it." He said sadly I scoffed "Yeah I don't need your sorry call me when you grow up ok?" I said then slammed the door shut. Then I went and sat back in the living room I am kinda sad but at the same time I knew it was coming. I looked out the window and saw that it was thunder storming and Lola came down just like clockwork I picked her up and we went to sleep in my room I've always wanted my own little girl and now I have her and nobody can take her away from me this must be how mom and dad feel. Can you believe it I have my own little cub.
