~•Y/n First Person POV•~

I woke up to get ready for my morning shift at work. The last two days have been long work days because I was working double shifts. Rent is coming up; I need to make sure I have enough money in case they stop helping me pay for this house. I checked my phone and had around forty messages. Not again. Please don't tell me someone forgot something again.

It turned out to be a bunch of happy birthday messages. That means I have to reply to all of these. I began answering them and a lot of them made me smiled. I saw that Noya and Tanaka went back and forth in our separate shenanigan group chat, typing out the happy birthday song. Hinata was just very excited that it was my birthday and said we had to hang out as soon as he got back. Ukai said he would take me to dinner wherever I want. Even Tsuki said happy birthday! I looked for Kageyama's text, but all he said was to call him when I was awake. So I did. He picked up before the first ring ended. "Happy birthday, Y/n," he said.

"Thank you!" I smiled.

"What time do you have work today?" he asked.

"I have to leave in an hour," I answered.

"Perfect, stay home until then," he replied.

"Alright? I laughed.

"Is that L/n?" I heard someone say in the background.

"Yeah, don't hog the phone!" I heard another voice say.

All of a sudden, I heard the biggest wave of happy birthdays ever. They were not in sync by any means, but it still made me really happy.

"Thanks, you guys!"

"What are you doing on the phone?" I heard Ukai exclaim. "We're going to be late." He paused. "Is that Y/n?"

"Yeah!" Hinata cheered.

"Happy birthday, Kiddo!" Ukai said.

"Thank you!" I replied.

"When I get back we will celebrate, all right? We can-"

"Ukai," I interrupted him, "all of you, can you guys hear me?"

"Yes," Kageyama answered.

"Okay, good," I took a deep breath. "Get off the phone and get your asses to the gym! You guys better not be late because you're saying happy birthday to me! You have twenty four hours for that! Get going and work hard!"

I then hung up the phone and started to get ready for work. I was finishing up when I heard a knock come at my door. I wasn't planning on any visitors today. I walked to the door and say that it was Nami and Miwa. "Happy birthday!" they said happily.

"Thank you so much! You guys didn't have to come all the way out here," I said.

"Yes, we did!" Miwa chirped.

"Here you go," Nami said, as she handed me (favorite dish). This is going to be my dinner for at least three nights! She made a lot! "Tobio said it was your favorite."

"Thank you so much! This was really thoughtful! And you're saving me from having to cook!"

"I made you this!" Miwa showed me a picture she had drawn. "Look! It's me, you, Kageyama, and mom! You said to draw something that makes me happy, and when we're all together, I'm really happy!"

"Miwa! That is so precious!" I gushed, as I put the food to a table nearby. "I'm going to frame this as I can." I accepted the picture and almost cried. It was the sweetest thing ever. "Thank you both so much. Seriously, this just made my day."
