CHAPTER FOURTEEN

I must be the luckiest girl alive on the whole entire universe, I’ve repeated that for so many times that I lost count. Don’t doubt me. I just can’t stop smiling the whole day, until the muscles on my face are all cramp and my jaws are sore. I am happy, blissful, joyful, what are the other synonyms for happy? Delighted, ecstatic, elated, exultant, and felicitous. I’m happier than all those words added together! Imagine that!
I’m pretty much dancing myself in my room. Maybe this is what people feel when they are in love? I love the feeling of being in love! Britney would have laughed at me if she sees me like this, I mean, I’m caught myself smiling all the times, at random places, for no reasons, and then I realized I was thinking of my boyfriend, of my Greyson, wow, even by saying that, makes me smiling even more! Britney was outstation for several days for photo shooting. She hadn’t given me much reaction after I told her I got together with Greyson. I wonder how she is doing, she must be really busy.
“Dentiny~” Greyson knocked on my door.
“Yes Grey?” my grin got wider than my face.
“We’re going out.”
“Oh really?” I pretended I forgotten.
“Jeez, Dee, don’t tell me you’ve forgotten.” He sounded slightly disappointed.
“Narh, just kitten Grey, how could I possibly forget that?”
“Can you come out already? I’m missing you so badly.” I can feel him pressing his body against my door.
“But I am not done dressing up.” I promptly picked out a simple flora dress with white flats, since Greyson prefers simple looking.
“Don’t dress up too pretty my love, you’re more than just pretty already, I couldn’t bear having other boys going after my girl.”
Greyson is just so sweet, as usual, as always. He said if he ever loved someone, he would want to be the one telling her that she’s beautiful every single day, cause she deserves it,. I happened to be hat blessed one, and I am extremely grateful for that.
I strode to the door and swung it open. There he was, the most perfect human that I ever laid my eyes on, standing before me. I pulled him into a hug, and he hugged back. It just felt right, we fitted each other perfectly. It’s like; we’re made for each other.
“So, where are we going today?” I asked, caressing Greyson’s soft brown hair.
“I’ll be performing for a charity show at the church; you’re really forgetful aren’t you?” Greyson smiled, eyes twinkling.
* * * * * * *
“Put your hands together for Greyson Chance!” the host announced through the microphone as a round of pleasant cheers and applause was heard.
Greyson walked out for the backstage, wearing a plain white tee with his bullet necklace, with brought out his perfectly tanned complexion that he just got from visiting the beach with me every day. He was looking as breath taking as usual, wait, is breathe taking the right word? Hmm, whatever, he DOES take my breath away, so it is.
He smiled politely at the crowd, eyes searching in the crowd. Finally, he spotted me; he threw me a breath taking wink, and sat down at the piano. I sat at the last row of the church hall, smiling from ear to ear.
He played beautifully, and when he started to sing, even the bird outside stopped chirping, everyone was absolutely enjoying his music. He’s such an angel, I prayed to God every day, hoping that best for Greyson. He don’t just look like an angel, he behaves like one too! He volunteered to perform at this show, for no reason, and no reward in return, not just that, I heard him telling his assistant to donate quite a big amount to the charity too. I am sure God would dot on him a lot.
“Thank you.” Greyson said as he finished his performance. “It’s such an honor to be part of this charity concert on this glorious morning; I am glad that I helped out. I hope everyone could show your kindness to the misfortune ones and let’s make it a better community.”
I smiled at him, I’m so proud to have him as my boyfriend. Everyone was nodding in approval. He gave a little bow and went off stage.
