Chapter Nine

They make it home, and Gracie stays with Justice that night and goes home Saturday morning. Olivia isn't awake yet, so Gracie does her laundry and makes them breakfast. She shocked when not only see Olivia come out of Olivia's room but MJ too.

Gracie: "Good morning!"

Olivia: "Morning, sunshine."

MJ: "Good morning. Justice here?"

Gracie: "No. I'm actually glad you're both here, MJ."

MJ: "We're glad you're here."

Gracie: "I need to talk to you."

Olivia: "We need to talk to you."

They both say it at the same time.

Olivia: "You go first. Start with Nikki in Venice."

This shocks MJ.

MJ: "Wait, Nikki was in Venice?"

Gracie: "Yes. Long story short, she cornered Justice in the bathroom and came on to him. I assume she's going to try to say he came on to her.'

Olivia: "Devil's advocate here... Are you sure he did nothing wrong?"

Gracie: "I'm positive."

MJ: We all know Nikki, and what's she's capable of."

Olivia thinks about it for a bit.

Olivia: "I believe him too. Gracie, what little I have seen you two together, I know that man loves you."

Gracie: "Kind of what I needed to talk to you about."

MJ: "What's up, Gracie?"

MJ thought something was wrong.

Gracie: "He wants me to move in with him."

MJ: "Oh, Gracie, that's awesome!"

He was relieved that it wasn't anyone terrible.

Olivia: "That's what we were going to talk to you about. MJ moved in while you were gone. His lease was up, and since we own this place....."

Gracie: "Oh my god! That's great news. I'm still going to pay my share."

MJ: "That works out well for Olivia's Family. They will get triple rent."

Olivia: "It will almost pay their current mortgage, MJ."

Olivia's phone rings.

Olivia- "Hi, Mom!"

Rhonda- "Hey, sweetie."

Jeffery- "Hey, Livvy!"

Olivia- "Do y'all have me on speakerphone?"

Jeffery- "Yes!"

Rhonda- "Yes!"

Olivia- "Why?"

Rhonda- "We have news!"

Jeffery- "Great news!"

Olivia- "Ok."

Rhonda- "We entered a local contest to have your mortgage paid off."
