Chapter 38: Bringing back the Jedi

Ashoka turns to Rey and tells her that she can use the world between worlds to bring the Jedi ghosts back to their normal forms so they can help fight The gungan, she explained that Ezra pulled her from the world between worlds and saved her from getting destroyed by Vader and she told Rey that she must do the same.

Rey and Ashoka blasted off hyper speed to the planet Mortis once again.

They landed on the grassy surface  and got off their ship and followed the flattened leaves back to the temple.

They arrived at the stone door  and they noticed it was still open and the portal was still active. The Daughter and The One were expecting them to come back after all they were aspects of the force and they knew almost anything.

Rey turned to Ashoka and told her to stay there because this was her mission, Ashoka put her hand on Rey's shoulder and smiled, she hoped that the force will be with her. Rey smiled at Ashoka and walked off into the dark portal.

The voices of the Jedi of old rang out and echoed throughout the portal.

Suddenly Rey saw the side of the wall merge into events of the past, she saw a Jedi with a purple lightsaber being struck by lightning, Rey remembered this was a good guy and Ashoka told her back on the ship that this was Mace windu.

She watched in shock as the former Darth Vader shattered the glass, as Rey watched Mace get struck by lightning she touched the event on the wall and Mace froze still, Rey pulled Mace by the shoulders and yanked him through the portal to Rey.

Mace thanked Rey he had all the knowledge his force ghost had so he was well informed of the Gungan Sith lord situation.

They ran to the next Jedi's fate and up on the wall they saw the Gungan in a black cloak using the force to lift up Mundi, he was about to get blasted by clones.

Once again Rey touched the wall and the image rippled, she grabbed Mundi by the shoulders and pulled him through.

Next on the wall Rey saw Alaliya being pulled up by the cloaked gungan again she was held ready to be blasted, Rey reached out her hands and used the force to unhang her off the bug horn, she gently floated away from the clones and to the portal.

She thanked Rey for saving her and said she was glad to help her in her mission.

Rey and the rescued Jedi ran along the cat walk and on the side of the wall an image of Maul ready to stab a long haired qui gon, Ashoka told Rey this was Obi wan's master they would definitely need him to bring this gungan to justice.

The image showed Qui Gon about to be stabbed, Rey raised her hands and quickly used the force to pull him through before Maul could even stab him. He landed on the floor and gave a sigh, he was safe.

On the wall was an image of Obi Wan fighting Vader on the death star, Maces eyes widened as Vader was about to strike him, Rey nodded to Mace and he raised his hands and all time slowed down, Obi wan lifted up and floated through the portal to the rest of the rescued Jedi.

Obi wan was on the floor and and looked up at Rey he told Rey that never should have happened and Rey urged Obi Wan to help fight the Gungan menace, Obi wan got up and finally agreed to help because he knew it was her destiny.

They ran along the catwalk next image they saw on the wall was a firey image of Obi wan cutting off Anakin's limbs, Obi wan's eyes lit up in shock and he shook his head at the image he always repressed that memory.

It was bringing him bad memories of his best friend and he looked at Rey and asked if she had to bring him back but Rey said she had to, Obi wan turned his back, this was a painful memory for him.

The Jedi watched Anakin jump then time froze once again and Anakin was flipped up in the air still, Rey moved her hands and Anakin flipped through the portal.

He landed on both his feet and saw Obi wan because he had all the knowledge of when he was a force ghost he tapped Obi wan on the shoulder and Obi wan looked at him told him he was sorry, Anakin smiled and told Obi wan he'd been redeemed and not to worry.

It was good for Obi wan to see his old friend looking the way he was and not burnt to a crisp.

On the wall appeared an image of the Jedi's master Yoda it looked like he was dying in his hut and the rescued Jedi looked and bowed their head peacefully in respect for their master.

Mace held Rey's shoulder and asked how will she save him because he thought you can't save anybody becoming one with the force naturally.

Rey smiled and told Mace and the rest of them to just watch, Rey raised her hands and used force heal, the force heal surged through the portal and Yoda felt it heal him, he opened his eyes and saw the portal, he saw all his Jedi students he had trained and they all gestured him to walk through.

He slowly walked through the portal and everyone greeted him, everybody shook his hands and he looked at Rey and nodded at her smiling.

Up on the wall was an image of master Luke the one that trained Rey it looked like he was about to project Rey shouted for Luke to stop and Luke got up  and turned around and walked into the portal because he knew this was to stop the Gungan Sith lord.

Everyone greeted Luke and he was glad to see everybody back, he saw Vader in his young form and a tear came to his eye, Anakin told Luke that he was here to help.

All the Jedi had been reunited once again.

Rey sat and concentrated and thought about the gungan and were he was just then the portal shook and a large image of a hooded Gungan on Corosaunt Yoda turned to Rey and told her that this was were the old temple resided.

Qui Gon looked up at the image of the Gungan and his eyes widened and said aloud that the Gungan was Jar Jar Qui Gon shook his head in disappointment as he never knew that the gungan was a traitor and behind everything the hole time.

He was sad they fell for his trick but Rey told Qui Gon and all the Jedi they'll deafeat him together.

Rey knew were the Jedi and her must go to the old Jedi temple to face the true Sith.

Rey and the rescued Jedi walked out of the portal she saw her old master and ran up to him and hugged him tight a tear went down her cheek she was so happy to see him.

Rey saw Ashoka had brought a bigger transport ship to carry the Jedi.

The bay doors  came down and Rey and the Jedi walked on the ship.

As they took off Rey told Ashoka about the fight against Sidious and that he mentioned he was going to transfer his powers into her.

Qui Gon suggested Rey should investigate how Jar Jar became a dark lord on his home world of Naboo.

Rey  and the united Jedi set course for Naboo to continue the investigation of how Jar Jar became the true Sith lord
