Chapter 10: The Biggest Betrayal Ever

I stopped the car in front of the Golden Leaves.

"Get down," I said to Yibo and Yu Bin.

"We could've just called the owner," Yu Bin said.

"Well, you know that I'm a pretty much backdated person," I smiled, "I prefer meeting someone in flesh and blood instead of calling over cellphone."

We got inside. The receptionist told us to wait upstairs.
A middle-aged gentleman came to meet us after some moments.

"Hello, everyone," he greeted us, "I'm the owner of this restaurant. Tell me how can I help you."

"We came to know about Mr. Xiao Zhan's reservation in this restaurant," Yu Bin said, "Can you please let us know about if there's no restrictions?"

"Usually we don't inform others about these information," he said, "But as I personally know you well, so I think can share it with you."

"Of course. We have no ill intention."

"I know," the owner smiled, "Mr. Xiao has reserved a whole floor for tonight. He wants it to be decorated in blue and black theme."

"Oh! Great!" Yu Bin said, "Thanks for helping me with the information."

"You're wellcome, Yu Bin," he smiled, "Is there anything else I can help you with?"

"Actually there is something," I said to him, "Can you hire the three of us as waiters of your restaurant for tonight?"

All three of them looked at me with a shocked expression after hearing that.

"Waiters? You guys?" the owner asked out of surprise, "Are kidding me?"

"No, I'm serious," I smirked.

We started back to our office.

"Was that necessary?" Yibo asked with irritation.

"Yes, it was," I said, "Do you have an idea better than this one?"

"No. but isn't it too much?"

"Do you wanna know who the girl is or not?" I asked.

"Yes, I do."

"Then just follow this plan," I said, "This is the best idea I can figure out right now."

"But if Zhan-zhan recognizes us?" Yu Bin asked.

"Yu Bin!" I yelled, "It's been only 3 years I've been away, you have forgotten all our tactics."

"Oh!" he laughed out, "I remember!"

We reached one hour later than the others.

Yu Bin went upstairs to meet Zhan-ge.

Yibo and I went inside the meeting room and I saw a new face. It was Ji Li.
